We loved everything about our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable and its location in the building provided us with a quiet night’s sleep. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. A great breakfast was served every morning, and because the weather was nice, we were able to eat out on the rooftop terrace for all but one day. Also, the terrace was a great place to relax. The location is perfect, and there was plenty to do and see in Lecce. The train station was a 15 minute walk, and it was easy to visit other towns if you didn’t have a car.

Although we had no issues, our family members staying in a different room experienced very noisy nights from the bar across the street from the hotel.

Lovely location and beautiful building, the rooms are at first floor and you go up in the loft. We had the double height suite and this was gorgeous. Shower was a multi coloured multi spray affair with a shower seat all very jazzy with a jacuzzi bath in the room (albeit we didn't use this). We self checked in and that was very easy Very busy area with bars but quadruple glazing and we did not hear a sausage, I am very sensitive about noise. Bed comfy and slept very well.

Nothing really! Would be good if all the lights could be controlled from the bed but that's a minor niggle.

Beautifully designed and presented room. Gorgeous terrace tastefully laid out for breakfast. Varied, fresh and elegantly presented breakfast spread. Courteous waitress helping with breakfast. The bed was luxurious!

The location is right in front of a very noisy bar/club. I was concerned about this, but my room was located on the inside, which meant that it was surprisingly quiet at night. Not sure about other rooms. Because of the way the window was structured, there was nowhere to hang and dry handwashed clothes. A little facility for that would be nice in summer: things dry v fast in the Lecce sun!

The propriety has a magnificent terrace with the view of Piazzetta Santa Chiara and Church of Saint Clare. I love the delicious and fine breakfast at the terrace. The room was spacious with closet, safe and frigo bar. The bathroom was fully renovated with multicolor lights in the shower. In terms of location, we were walking distance to the historic places, bars and restaurants. Last but not least, the keeper was a charming guy who was ready to fulfill all our needs.

We had one of the larger rooms and it was lovely. Quiet and tasteful with great bathroom. Nice touches like a coffee pod maker and wine in the fridge to buy. The terrace was a very pretty place to have the excellent breakfast. Location fantastic.

Our friends had one of the smaller rooms and they are quite tiny! They also overlooked the noisy street. You have to be very specific about check in time but communication via WhatsApp is fine.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. The bed was quite comfortable and breakfast was very good. The weather was too cool to get much from the nice (and very large) deck off the Dimora's breakfast area, but it would be great at other times of the year. Service was excellent. Best of all was the location, well inside the Historic District, and in easy walking distance to everything. There are several restaurants in the area. Our favorite, Tratoria Nonna Tetti, is 4 minutes' walk away, near St. Matthew's Church. The church is small but extraordinary. The tour guides at nearby Charles V Castle are excellent; that's a fine place to visit, too. Fact is, Lecce's a beautiful city.

No complaints. But FYI: Because of its great location in the historic district, parking at the property was impossible. We parked remotely and affordably at Parkejoo, near Garibaldi Gardens. It's a clean, well lit and secure underground lot, open 24 hours. The walk was an easy 10 minutes with our bags. One night some partiers nearby raised a racket until very late, but shutters on the windows reduced the volume by 80% or more. We slept fine.

What a beautiful little B&B. Accommodated an early check in which was really appreciated. Met by Christian who's communications were excellent in advance and on arrival. Room was huge with high ceiling decorated with cherubs! Extremely clean and had the kettle and fridge required. Breakfast was delicious with excellent selection and taken out on the panoramic roof terrace. The swallows performance out there on a morning was such an added bonus to the stay!! Amazing to see whilst enjoying the morning coffee. Could not fault this stay at all. We'll definitely stay here if we visit Lecce again. Highly recommend.

Nothing all was excellent

Everything was magical. Location was amazing. Close to everything. The suites were palatial and everything was updated. The common balcony overlooking the large Plaza and the restaurants was beautiful. Hospitality was top notch. 10+ all around.

We liked everything

The location of this hotel is fantastic in the middle of the center and close to all nice restaurants Bähr and Shops. Unfortunately, some of the Boss are open very late directly in front and that makes it quite loud sometimes. Everything else is fantastic.

It’s just the fact that sometimes at night you hear noise of the bars. One thing which could be fixed quite easily is the bed. It was quiet, smooth and not comfortable.

Close to centre, clean, huge ornate room, beautiful shower, lovely buffet breakfast which was eaten on their pretty terrace. Warm and friendly proprietor.

If you came by car - have to plan ahead re parking as not allowed to drive into area near hotel as in restricted historic area. (but was worth it to stay so close to historic buildings and centre).
