The location was fantastic. There was a wonderful view of the piazza and on my last night there were people dancing to some great music which I could watch from my balcony. The number of restaurants, bars and shops in the area is huge. There's no problem finding places to enjoy the culture. As far as the property itself goes, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. Francesco and Fiammetta were top-notch at making certain that everything was working well, and that I had everything I needed.

This was a great location just outside the old town entrance. The bedroom was adequate for 2 people. It was in a quiet area and close to restaurants. The hosts were charming and most helpful with their suggestions for restaurants and places to see. Parking is offered $ under the building. The building is like an apartment building. Great value. We took day-trips to surrounding areas in Puglia and this was a good base.

Parking was tight but adequate. The photos show the lovely dining area but there was no breakfast at the time. A superb place right across the street was perfect.

Fantastic location. Just at the entrance to the old town. Within easy walking distance of the tourist attractions. The private room was in an apartment inside a modern building with a lift. All the facilities you needed. We were met and shown around the apartment. We stayed for three nights, so the owner messaged us regularly to check that we had everything we needed.

The location of this property is absolutely excellent, hosts were very nice and helpful, Fiammetta suggested local restaurants to use and contacted us daily to check if all ok. The location is literally 100m from the entrance to the old historical part of the town and is also ideal for visiting other places further south as we did.

Parking is on one of the local road so is a bit pot luck, but we didn't need to walk any further than 150m at any time. Breakfast unfortunately is not taken in the lovely dining room in the picture, but in one of 2 cafes very close by, Pinti across the road is excellent and the choice very good, but on a Monday it's in a cafe just to the left as you exit, not quite the same. We were in room 3 which looks inwards on the block of apartments, if you get a choice go for 1 or 2.

Great location, right across historic center. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was great lighting in room and bathroom. The hosts were great. Our room was cleaned after a couple days, this was really appreciated.

Nothing really, a couple of hooks for towels would be useful. We needed to carry 6 keys with us to access, building, elevator, apartment, room, etc. But we felt safe😉!

The location of this B&B was perfect just opposite one of the entry gates into the old town. The accommodation itself was very good and very secure, we particularly enjoyed the privacy of our room which was very well appointed, clean and spacious. We also must compliment the owners who kept in contact and were very helpful with things to do in Lecce.

The only issue is we would not recommend including Breakfast as it is at a nearby Cafe which provides only a pastry and a cup of coffee.

This is a wonderful property. The owner is very nice and will constantly communicate with you about recommendations, needs, etc. Practically in the middle of everything but quiet and perfect to rest. We loved it!

Le Caruse is a beautiful apartment with a homely feel and a terrace that overlooks the gates to the old town - amazing. Fiammetta made us feel very welcome and gave us wonderful tips on how to best experience Lecce

The breakfast was OK though we had no idea what was covered by Le Caruse and what we would have to pay for. Also we are used to savoury breakfast and the cafe had mostly sweet things.

The only thing we didn't like was the waterproof indersheet - which we removed. These things make it uncomfortably hot and encourage sweating. Not good....though we can understand why they are used.

Highly suggested. Great place and excellent value for the price and exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and a nice neighborhood. Check-in and out smoothly, easy to communicate... Perfect place to stay and looking forward to stay there again.
