This modern, spacious, and impeccably clean apartment featured two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living room—perfect for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and in excellent condition, complete with a dishwasher for added convenience. A washing machine and dryer were also available, which was a huge plus for a longer stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host, including complimentary coffee, tea, jam, bread, and bottled water. Although the coffee machine was missing at check-in, the host provided one upon request. The location was ideal—just a pleasant 10-minute walk from the old town, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We found more affordable street parking options in the surrounding neighborhood. A security deposit was required prior to check-in, but it was promptly refunded after our departure. All pre-arrival formalities, including check-in, city tax, and the deposit, were handled online, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this apartment offered great comfort, convenience, and hospitality—a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is in a newly renovated building with only apartments there. Beautifully furnished, with air conditioning in every room. Possibility to park in front of the building, fee paid with coins in a parking meter (easy to find), cca eur 3 per day. Walking distance to the centre. All formalities (passport numbers) are provided online via an application to the host/agency before the arrival. Through the same application the door opens upon arrival. Worked perfectly.

Moreover, the staff at this accommodation went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. A minor emergency situation involving our child arose during our trip, and I cannot praise the staff's prompt and efficient response enough. They acted instantly, providing the assistance and support we needed, putting our minds at ease during a potentially stressful moment. Their kindness and attentiveness truly touched our hearts. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Lecce. Location is great, spacious and well equipped. Air con throughout the house is perfect given the weather. Parking is cheap and easy to find.

I would like to see more cutlery, a vacuum would also be very useful as the floor gets dirty and there’s no scheduled cleaning during your stay. It lacks a toaster and a microwave.

Spacious, nicely decorated apartment in Lecce. Location is around 10 min from the center, enough paid parking spaces in the street. Would recommend!

We had to fill in a lot of information before check-in compared to other apartments we’ve rented during this trip. Also, there is a 200 euro deposit via credit card which we didn’t know. Everything went well, but we thought it was quite a high amount as a deposit.

The apartments and the location

The check-in system is horrible - extremely long, doesn’t work and it is made to avoid having a human in a front desk - we do their work. This needs a process that that should consider to modify

The location was amazing. It was so close to the heart of Lecce, but not right in the middle of the crowded streets. The appartement we booked had a self check-in system and there was no receptionist or hosts present to welcome us, but that wasn’t an issue because the system was easy to use and the apartment was equipped with all the necessities. The appartement was bigger than we expected, with really clean and beautiful bed rooms, bath rooms and kitchen.

In case you miss out on anything, there isn’t someone present to help you out with that issue. For example the wine opener in our appartement was broken, so we had to buy a new one ourselves instead of asking a host for it to be replaced.

The location and the size of the apartment

No response to the issues I raised such as the leaking toilet, the flat batteries on the TV remote and the toilet roll holder nearly falling off the wall. Several other issues I didn't raise via email were the leaking show screen and the power point in the kitchen not secured.

Staff: one didn’t follow up in delivering a swipe key. Another came into the apartment when told that it wasn’t convenient- we were having a siesta. Lack of information on both the apartment’s equipment and Lecce.
