From the moment we arrived, Dominic, the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome. His kindness and attention to detail were truly appreciated, and he provided us with fantastic recommendations about the city, restaurants, and the region. The room was absolutely beautiful—spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with a lovely, large bathroom. Every morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast, and the common areas were just as charming and comfortable. The rooms were tidied up daily, and towels were replaced as needed. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Our only regret is that our stay in Lecce was too short, as we had such an enjoyable time!

The hotel is right in the historic center of Lecce, free parking is about a 15 minute walk. The owner communicates very well with instructions before arrival and check-in is quick and pleasant. The common areas (dining room) are nicely and tastefully decorated and have a pleasant smell. The room was fantastic - amazing bed, fast and reliable wifi, huge bathroom and again very pleasantly and elegantly decorated. The breakfast was very good and the owner and staff are very kind and helpful. When we go to the south of Italy again, this will 100% be our choice again.

Stepping into the apartment you can immediately tell that Domenico and his wife have furnished and maintain the B&B as if it is their own home. Impeccably cleaned everyday with a vast continental breakfast offering. A very spacious room and large bathroom with walk in shower. The location is excellent with shopping around the corner, the old town about 10 minutes walks and station 20 minutes - you are right in the heart of it all without being too busy. I would definitely stay at Dimi House again and highly recommend to others.

This is a very cozy place in the heart of Lecce and so close to everything. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms even bigger with great showers. The beds are comfy even the pull out couch was comfortable for our son. I forget our host name I am sorry but he pays a lot of attention to all the little details, which makes the Dimi House a wonderful place to stay. I just loved the breakfast room and all the choices you have. He was extremely helpful with supplying a garage for our car during our stay. Luckily he had availability, Note you should request parking before arriving we got very lucky. Looking forward to coming back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The entire place is so beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The rooms are modern, well equipped and very comfortable (we had the best nights sleep since arriving in Italy 5 days prior and staying in other places). The host was extremely attentive and helpful, he couldn’t have done enough for us. The breakfast was absolutely delectable, with plenty of food choices.

Domenico has created a beautiful and comfortable environment there. The bedroom was massive, with a huge balcony, shower had great pressure, he provided slippers!! The breakfast area was curated perfectly, and as some of us rose early and others later, there was never a crowd at the long table. Breakfast food lovely! Location is fantastic, close walking distance to Centro Storico. He has thought of everything. Loved it!!

That I couldn’t stay longer!

Our host, pays very special attention to detail and it’s decorated beautifully according to the season. The rooms look just like the pictures and the Superior room is very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Location is key in a city and it’s right close to the heart of Lecce. He provides an assortment of choices from cheese, meats, delicious sweets, HB eggs and more. If you need parking let him know in advance and he may be able to provide right on property. Definitely would come back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The service is second to none.The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism, customer service and cleaning (black towels for make up cleaning). The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location was very close to the centre!

The location of Dimi House was about a 10/15 minute walk into the Historic Centre. It was so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a continental buffet of lots of different things to choose, served in a big room or you could also sit on the balcony outside. There was Car Parking on the street outside but it was very busy. We used the underground car park at the accommodation which we pre booked beforehand for 15euros per night.

The roomwas beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel welcome from the start. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!
