Very good location - close to plenty of restaurants. Very large, comfortable room with huge outdoor patio. Woman who greeted us was excellent. She waited for us when our drive took longer than expected.
Private bathroom down the hall was a little inconvenient, but not bad.

Good location, room and bathroom were nice with a view over the piazza in front of the apartment.
Terrace in front of the room was not in good shape - broken chairs, moldy floors. It could be a lot nicer with a bit of effort to clean it up, and a few plants. The room was over-priced.

Great location. Nice balcony (shared). Coffee machine and fridge for own supplies.
Had to ask for cups and spoons. No bins in the communal area so rubbish was left on the table and not tidied away for the time we were there. Our bins weren't emptied for the duration we were there. Once we returned home and our door had been left open after cleaning. Still not sure how long for.

The hotel was the dustiest place I've ever been to! Despite the owner boasting 20 years of cleaning experience, the standards were shockingly low. We had to leave because my sensitive skin had a bad reaction, making our last night in Italy unpleasant. + no proper seating area on terrace
