Very stylish rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent attention to detail (e.g., providing two bed blankets on request). Very modern and spacious rooms with excellent soundproofing. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Television auto-started multiple times in the middle of the night. The attention to detail during the first breakfast was mediocre (many small details), however they took all our feedback into account and reacted very positively, fixing almost everything on the second day.

The staff were amazing,!!! we got a delicious coffee when we arrived. Beatrice at reception was so helpful for anything we needed and the breakfast was amazing and delicious and fabiana was great as well Comment about cars... There is no parking at the hotel but they have arranged a nearby garage for €20 a day which means you don't have to worry about the car and you can take it out at your leasure

The room that we were in was ground floor so didn't have a view from the window.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The location was very close to the historic center and very walkable. Very safe to walk around. Front desk staff Beatriz, Martina and Donato were very friendly and helpful. Fabiana at the breakfast service was increíble.

The personnel was very lovely.

There was no swimming pool and no bar/restaurant in de evening/night. That should be a good addition.
