Great location with secure parking onsite. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Common area offers free coffee and snacks. Overall great place to stay in the city.

We are easy travelers and all was good for us. No complaints. If you are a light sleeper the partying in the square below might bother you but it was fine for us.

This place is easily accesible and quite approximate to the historical town of Lecce. The room was spectacular and very clean. Sandro is a very responsive and host, too bad we could not speak Italian and we used google translate to understand all his instructions during check in. 😄 There is a free underground parking, which is secure and surveilled. ( what is dint get was why we had to leave our car keys inside the car) but it turned out well in the end. The Jaccuzi is super and amazing, good size for 2 people. Overall we had a good 2 days stay at this place.

1. As the place is in the middle of center, it can get quite loud at night and the single glassed windows do not help at all, so bring your ear plus if you can. 2. There is an emergency light that is super bright at night when you sleep and it cannot be turned off or somehow reduce the brightness. Sandro tried to hack ways to turn it off but no luck.

Communication was excellent. The property was spotless and really well designed. Free coffee machine , cakes , cold water and soft drinks were a lovely bonus. Parking was also a welcome bonus. All staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this property .

The B&B is located a very short walk to the town centre, with lots of cafe's, restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in the blue themed room which was reasonably spacious. The bathroom appeared recently renovated. A standout feature was the shower which included a rainhead, waterfall and side-shower settings. The mini fridge in our room had some complimentary water and soft drinks which was a nice touch. Everything including the shared kitchenette was very clean and tidy on our arrival. Breakfast was outsourced to a neighbouring café with good coffee and typical Italian baked goods.

Parking was handled by an independent operator in the basement. Due to tightness of the car park, keys needed to remain in the car, as it may need to be moved by the operator. Breakfast voucher to the neighbouring café was 5eur / person which might not be enough for some.

I loved everything. Sandro from B&B was an amazing host and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is amazing... great bed, shower and the localization is perfect. The free private parking was a BIG PLUS. You can get breakfast in a coffee shop near the B&B (you will get a voucher to choose some items, totally enough to have a great breakfast). I highly recommend this place.

It was very modern and well appointed. Included was parking , breakfast , and drinks . The staff were excellent and very helpful.

It was very noisy outside in the adjoining piazza till 2am on both nights we stayed.

The rooms are in very good location, a few minutes to the historic center and a lot of restaurants in the area. The design of the the room is so COOL and beautiful. There is a thought of every detail. It's perfectly clean. There is also a breakfast room where you can have coffee and some pastry all day long, in addition to the coffee and sweet pastry that you get in the next door cafe outside. The guarded parking under a building is a real bonus. Thank you very much Sandro!

Very noisy bars and inner square just below the apartment during weekend evenings.

Great location. Good arrangement for breakfast. Nicely furnished room with free soft drinks in mini bar. Nice view over square behind.

Great deal of noise from the restaurants outside until quite late.

It was very central to bars and restaurants and everything was within a 10min walk. Parking was under the building which really helps.
