Every staff we interacted with we always kind smiling and super helpful! We enjoyed chatting with the manager, Guiseppe who went above and beyond expectations to accomodate and meet our needs. We felt very comfortable asking for help and enjoyed sitting near the reception eating the lovely burgers and enjoying a drink during siesta time! Great location 7-10mins in a straight line to old town. Our beds were made by the time we returned in the early afternoon and everything was nice and clean!

I liked the location of the hotel and the large rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

I didn't like that the rooms are not soundproof - you can hear the whole conversation of the people in the next room. We are not happy with the New Year's Eve party. The New Year's Eve dinner in Sole restaurant was good in terms of food, but there was no music for dancing, no place to dance and no way to celebrate when the New Year had come. The music that accompanied the dinner was relaxing and suitable for a bar, but not for a New Year's Eve party. People wanted to dance and have fun, but there was no suitable music for that.

The staff were excellent, location very central for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. We ate at the bistro in the hotel as we arrived late, food and service were excellent. Received a nice unexpected room upgrade to superior room which was very large. Huge choice for breakfast, super fresh local food. While hotel car parking was full, there was plenty of on street parking directly outside the hotel, can be paid for simply by using a parking app.

Spacious clean lovely breakfast and breakfast also had an amazing dinner there we didn’t venture out as it was raining that night staff super awesome at reception including the manager Antonio we had an issue with having a room with a bath which would have been difficult for my wife to access and he promptly gave us another room whilst it was smaller and didn’t have the separate lounge area having a shower was much more important to us as my wife had a double knee replacement!

The triple room was huge. Each single bed was wider than a normal single.

Parking was €15 or there was payable on street parking outside. The male check in member of staff couldn’t give me any change to pay and told me to go to the shop opposite. I worked out it could be done online and a female member of staff helped me download the app and do it online. When you’re paying over €150 for one night, parking should be a given.

The room was very nice, big wardrobe, design place. The breakfast was nice, rich as we expected. Hotel has its own parking place for fair price of 15 Eur per night. The position of hotel was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

If you want to switch off the airconditioning, the best is open the window as well, as it has some automatic feature and it switch on during your sleep. It is small technicality, otherwise all was fine.

Good breakfast even a. Box made up for us leaving at 5.30 to eat later. Receptionist very helpful and supplied us with a paper map to navigate the very calm and safe old town. Eve Ryan think oboist the hotel was very good value I would highly recommend.

Leaving after only three nights could not do the area justice we will be back.

The location of the hotel is very good: in the city centre and a lot can be done by foot. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. The only negative point was that the rooms were quite cold and even turning up the heating did not make much difference.

The hotel staff was really helpful and the location was perfect. We were close to great restaurants and things to see. The rooms are really spacious and everything works well, including AC. The hotel was clean and easy to arrive. They also had parking at a cost, but felt safer to arrive on site.

More options than a regular hotel for veg/vegan diet at breakfast! I also didn't had to ask for the options as all allergies where listed with numbers. I am vegan. But people with gluten allergy> look no further! Staff at breakfast were also really kind, kept everything in check, dirty plates were taken away in no time. Nice spacious rooms. Hotel has more character because of use of colors and paintings/art. Hotel is in a safe area. Whole of Lecce felt safe. Location is perfect for walking to Lecce city centre. Also perfect for if you come with the car, since at the end of the street the residential area starts and you can park you car for cheap/free after 20.00 (hotel parking was available but 20 euro).

Tip: provide a small map of Lecce with basic info.
