The pictures don’t do this hotel justice! It is so beautiful! The Style, restoration and history of the building is marvelous. The little touches like a key like a stamp or fresh flowers everywhere, along with the gardens are impressive. Our room was very comfortable. The location is convenient to good restaurants and sites, tourist events like wine or olive oil tasting or even short day trips. The front desk staff gave good recommendations! If you just want to lounge around the hotel it is a place to itself. The cleaning staff are so thoughtful! Our room is immaculate when we return. The breakfast is so good and the staff there are kind tend to your requests. If we are back in this area we will stay here again.

No cocktails at the bar that is only opened to event guests. It is closed otherwise. This would draw guests out into the open spaces. I understand one could “bring their own” but a nice cocktail at that beautiful bar would be very nice.

The location was excellent, only a 10 minute walk from the old town. Street parking was readily available for a small fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with lots of sitting areas and beautiful gardens. We wished we could have stayed much longer.

The only small complaint was that the little bar in the hotel was rarely open and we were not able to enjoy it. Other than that, it was a great place and would most definitely stay again if we return to Lecce.

What a magnificent building, the rooms were spectacular, an old nunnery turned into a hotel with only 7 rooms and a fantastic place for functions. Rooms were fine, clean and comfortable, good shower, staff were friendly and spoke good English, we had several drinks on the 2nd floor terrace - very nice. Breakfast was good served by very nice ladies.

Building was a bit jaded could do with tidying up, jet spraying the terrace etc. And the pigeon muck was awful, they have have loads of pigeons around the downstairs terrace area and their was pigeon muck everywhere, I sat on a chair and a pigeon dropped its much right next to me.

What a fabulous hotel in what was a medieval fortress dating back to the 15th century! It was fascinating to visit. The hotel and the gardens were beautiful and tasteful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from one of the gates in Lecce with lots of on street parking nearby.

The beds were on the firm side.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Bathroom was large and toiletries adequate.

There were some ants in the room but we attributed this to the fact that the property has a large outdoor space with trees and vegetation which our room overlooked. Breakfast was good however we were surprised to learn that we had to pre-book our choice a day in advance and that no buffet was available, contrary to the photos we had seen on booking.com. When we queried this with staff we were told that the management had decided to stop offering a buffet service post-COVID.

Torre Del Parco is not a hotel per say but a historic residence where you indulge and experience exception attention from all the staff from the reception to the breakfast team, cleaning team the bar etc

There was nothing that required any change or improvement.

A wide variety of breakfast options to choose from. The bed was very comfortable (and big!). The hotel/castle is out of the town centre but not more than a 7 minute walk. Despite a 3 hour train delay the staff went out of their way to make my one (splurge) night as best they could. A night warden checked me in after I contacted their team via email and WhatsApp. They provided me with a taxi number as the train arrived very late and helped me the next day with taxis! The next day I had a great breakfast and, despite checking out, because I missed the wine and a visit of the castle when I was supposed to arrive they offered it to me on the day. What was a stressful and exhausting trip to Lecce started so beautifully.

Nothing. The trains not being delayed but that’s not on them. That’s just travel!

Right from my arrival everything was absolutely amazing. We got upgraded to a much nicer room on the top floor. It was such a nice experience to be staying in such a great place . The receptionist, I believe her name was Marietta but I could make a mistake (sorry) can't remember, she was so unbelievably helpful and recommended restaurants neer by. Great view from the terrace and the tower. Unbelievable gardens especially at night time . The breakfast was very good with 4 different choices from 4 different parts of the country or the Greek one. It was delicious. Our Lady that served us breakfast was so lovely and warm. It was a truly wonderful time . Thank you all for such a wonderful time. I wished I stayed much longer than just one night . For sure I will be back in the future.

The hotel was beautiful with a very comfortable rooms and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with some issues we had on our trip, translating on the phone etc

The hotel has an amazing breakfast menu but unfortunately we had an early check out the next morning (7am). They said they could pack it up for us which was really nice but when we opened the pack it was just an extremely basic sandwich and a banana… we were expecting that they might have been able to pack up some of the breakfast that we had actually paid for, the nice breads, pastries etc, which was quite disappointing.

We liked everything about our hotel It is a beautiful place to stay and it is a very historical place in Lecce. Our room was very comfortable and it over looked the courtyard which was beautifully lit up at night time. We can defintly see why people book weddings at this hotel it is stunning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming we very much enjoyed our stay!!! Location was very close to all the sites in Lecce and within walking distance. The food at the hotel was beautifully presented and the cakes were delicious!!!
