Host Eddy was extremely nice and helpful person. He suggested us the best places to eat in the zone. Our booking was excluding breakfast and Eddy gave us discount in the price so we added 3 days of breakfast. Place was super clean, excellent location & personalise breakfast with variety of croissants.. rooms are decent size and comfortable. Worth the money we paid. We could park our car right outside the villa. We suggest to book directly through his website because then you pay less and breakfast is also included. We booked in hurry so we booked from booking.com

The owner did everything in his power to ensure that I had a nice stay. He's truly just a great guy! I enjoyed the swimming, which was just across the road from the B&B. He gave me a great recommendation for dinner. He fixed me a great breakfast!

Everything was perfect.

Lovely stop over place for the night. Comfortable stay, right on the waterfront. The most beautiful clear water beach! The villa was very clean, and has everything we needed. Eddie the host was accomodating.

Such a minor thing, the pillows were soooo thin! We had to fold in half to try and get comfort.

Nothing- a perfect stay.

Super accommodating, Eddy the owner of the B&B went the extra mile not only making sure we were comfortable but booked us our lido on the beach, hair appointment at a nearby barber shop, dinners and any other supplies we needed.

Nice place, with a good location and super friendly stuff. Situated quite near to the train station (a 15 min. walk) and very close to the beach. Clean and quiet. Highly recomended.

Immediately the cleanliness and the welcome from the proprietor Eddie - he was available at all times, and most courteous, and his attitude of ownership was foremost. Whatever I asked of him, he responded with yes ✔️And the staff he had to take care of the room and the facilities were representative of him. I thank him for making my visit perfect-

Eddie was wonderful, Villa Sul Mer was an excellent value and perfect location just across the street from the beach. All the guests were interesting and breakfast was always ready and welcome - I would stay again for sure - thanks Villa Sul Mer!

Everything was pleasant, there isn't anything I required beyond what was offered.

Great location, very friendly with a small parking outside. It's right next to the sea coast, at a very quiet road. It's great for both: short stay and longer vacation. Don't hesitate - book the place! ;)

We loved this place! What a hidden gem and right across the street from the crystal clear sea. Welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and unbelievably clean. I'd return in a heartbeat! Thank you all for making my families stay so memorable.
