The distance to the airport is perfect (just a few walking minutes), so it's a perfect place for late plane arrivals! The road is a bit tricky, like most roads in southern Italy. There’s a roundabout nearby that’s shared by both cars and pedestrians, which took me a moment to get used to since it was my first time in the south. But that’s not the property’s fault — it’s just the road. The self check-in system with codes worked really well. You can check in anytime without needing help. The balcony was great — you could see the airport, the sea, Sicily, and even a volcano! The shower was warm and comfortable, and they also left coffee capsules, which was a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi was free, which is great, but it was quite laggy — definitely not stable enough for a smooth video call. I booked a room for 3 people, and luckily, there were only 2 of us. Besides the double bed, there was just one very basic foldable bed. It was so compact that at first, I barely realised it was meant to be a third sleeping option. Also, maybe consider adding more bottled water — one 1.5L bottle per floor isn’t really enough. When we found it, it was nearly empty. There's no lift, so it may be a bit tricky to carry the luggage upstairs.

Perfect place to go to the airport by work. Especially for the late arrivals or the early departures. Very nice, friendly, attentive, reactive, and always available owners and staff. We arrived at 10am and asked to leave our baggage, and we got the possibility to already install in our room. Coffee, tea, water, different suggestions, good addresses and even some discounts were proposed. The possibility to do the self-checking at any time, all details and instructions are well explained. Thank you one more time to all team !

Please check the problem in the shower : there is some leak

- Fantastic location! Only a very short walk from the airport. Our flight landed around midnight, and walking with young kids (and to their car seats!) and finding the hotel was very easy. - Comfortable beds - I think it's the best mattress I've slept on, I wish I had the same at home. - Everything you may need is provided: hairdryer, handwash, shower gel, coffee, water... - We stayed in two rooms: double room and triple room. the triple room had a nice little balcony with sea and mountain views. - The host was very friendly and helpful. The automatic self check-in is great and really convenient. Despite arriving late at night, we felt well looked after with their short WhatsApp messages to check if we were ok.

The venue is perfectly located for a late flight into Reggio Calabria. I found it walkable with a young family. Access to the room was easy, even way after hours, as all access codes and instructions are well communicated. The room itself was clean and tidy and the bed comfortable. The Nespresso pods left on the desk and machine in the communal area made for the perfect wake-up and little kick of Italy you want for the start of a holiday. The owners were also helpful with a shuttle to the train station.

This is just a minor thing to keep in mind for anyone with lots of luggage and children. While we found it walkable from the airport to the apartment, I could easily have taken a taxi as there is one roundabout that needs some negotiating. We walked it, and it was fine in the small hours of the morning.

My flight landed at 23:00 so it made sense to stay near the airport and continue my journey in the morning. This was only a five minute walk away and easy to find with Google maps. It is a self check in hotel, but instructions were clear and sent to me in a timely manner. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Be aware that is is an unmanned and basic hotel and you will not be disappointed. It is clear that the owner appreciates feedback and his communication was great both beforehand and after my stay.

We booked because of close proximity to airport and hire car drop off. Perfect in all those respects. The room was clean and comfortable and our host was very responsive and couteous.

Parking is not great. I think this can be said for anywhere in Reggio Calabria. We managed to snag a car park out front and because we left so early in the morning we also were able to get a good drop off for the hire vehicle. It's not in walking distance to anything and as I mntioned parking in Reggio is rather horrible

Less than a 10 minute walk to the airport and perfect location for returning our hire car too (office was on the way). Booked as we needs to checkout at 4am, communication prior to checkin with the owners via WhatsApp was excellent. Room is compact but slept us and our 14 year old son comfortably. Great option for a last night stay - we got the bus into Reggio (download the ATAM app and buy tickets on the app) which was well worth the visit. Will stay again if we're back in Calabria!

The location was perfect, only 5 mins walk from the Airport and easy access to public transport. The room was spacious, clean, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was greatly well assisted by the staff all the time via WhatsApp who made me comfortable and gave me all the information needed.

I had booked a different room to Charm initially. However we could not find that room, and the owner was not answering the phone or responding to messages. So after an hour I called Giovanni at Charm hotel. He booked the room and sent the details via WhatsApp. As I was travelling with a child it was important I found a room for the night. Giovanni rescued us that night, and he also helped us to find refreshments. Brilliant room, but also a fantastic host. Thanks Giovanni.

We needed a safe, clean place close to REG airport as we were arriving at 23 hs, and this place succeeded our expectations: just 5 minutes away from the airport, rooms clean, big and comfortable, and excellent price-quality balance. Self check in super easy, and the communication with the host was great. If we are in the area, we will surely stay here again.
