My stay at Antonio's lovely hotel has been truly memorable. First of all, the hotel itself is a charming apartment located very close to the airport, which was the main reason we booked it—to ensure we were on time for our early flight. The hotel is very clean, and Antonio gave us a warm welcome, providing a great introduction to the space and guiding us through all the facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. This alone deserves a high rating. However, the most memorable part of our stay happened when we were already at the airport. We had checked in and were waiting to board when my wife suddenly said, "Oh No!, I forgot my wedding ring in the apartment!" After I contacted Antonio at 5 o’clock in the morning, he immediately searched for the ring and then drove all the way to the airport to personally hand it over to me. It was incredible how determined he was to return it to us, and I am truly grateful for his kindness. Hopefully, not all guests give him such problems, but I am so thankful to have met him that day. For this reason, I rate this property a perfect 10—my first ever 10 and probably my last, as this act of kindness is simply unbeatable. What a wonderful property. We were stuck as we didn’t realise the distinct lack of taxis in Reggio Calabria until a couple of weeks before we were due to fly, the car rental desks were also closed at the time when we were due to land. We came across Il Tuo Letto Sullo Stretto and whilst we weren’t thrilled about having to stay near the airport, it turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip. Antonio came out to meet us in the street, having waited up until we arrived on our delayed flight at around 1am. Showed us to a clean and air conditioned room set up with beds for ourselves and our children and let us know where to go for breakfast in the morning. We all slept well and the view from our little balcony was lovely. Breakfast was a nice touch and to speak with Antonio again was a pleasure. We continued on to Scilla the next day by car. We had a wonderful short break and will definitely be back for a longer trip in the future. When that happens we will definitely book with Antonio again.

This place is great if you have an early or late flight. We stayed one night, as we were getting a train the following day. It is only a few minutes walk from the airport. We arrived at around midnight, and the host was waiting outside for us to arrive. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, and nicer than I was expecting from the pictures. There were a few flights of stairs up to the room, we were okay with this, but the host did offer to carry our bags up.

Hands down our host Antonio. Our room was good . We had the run of everything. Our host goes above and beyond for his guests. He lugged our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. Drove us to the station. Bought pastries for us. Born to be in The hospitality field. Excellent bus service into the city which on a good run can take almost 30 minutes. One day it took an hour to get back.

The neighbourhood. The people were great. The area though is full of rubbish. Derelict buildings. This could be so nice if it was cleaned up. Not our rodeo though. You really need your wits when it comes to dodging traffic.

Fabulous place to stay only a few minutes walk from the airport. Antonio was fantastic, a very warm welcome and a great breakfast. The BandB was spotless and looked after entirely by Antonio. We also had our first view of Mt Etna from the balcony. Would really recommend the B and B for a stay either on arrival or departure. The welcome was very special.

Antonio has provided a great hospitality. His place is literally 6mins on slow walk from the airport. I have arrived from city centre by bus (there are multiple buses you can take from city centre) and stayed for early flight next day. I felt safe, he is a cheerful and helpful person and can recommend you some place to see in Calabria region. Room has a/c, bathroom and WiFi was working fine. All best Antonio

excellent location 5 minutes on foot from the airport. Antonio kindly waited on the street for us at arrival, making it very easy to find the apartment in the dark after a late arrival. Room was simple and very clean. He also helped us with an enquiry after check out. Perfect place for a late arrival or early flight out.

I arrived in the middle of the night at Reggio Calabria Airport so the close proximity of the apartment was perfect. It was literally only five walking minutes, and Antonio came to pick me up at the entrance door. I felt very safe, Antonio was a great host, the apartment was clean and I would highly recommend it to anyone who arrives late or departs early from Reggio.

Great little B&B really close to the airport. I had a flight departing at 6am - I left the property at 5am and had lots of time to spare as the airport is only a 5 min walk away and is tiny! Antonio is such a friendly and helpful host and the room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. The breakfast was left out for my early start which was a really nice touch.

Antonio was a lovely host, very informative and helpful whatever was required, very handy for the airport only a 4 minute walk ,promenade is beautiful and makes for a lovely walk. Room had everything I needed including a mini fridge, runway view from the balcony, air conditioning, very comfy bed.

The back streets of Reggio are very run down and lots of fly tipping goes on
