So peaceful and quiet, we had the most amazing view and the staff were wonderful. The breakfast was the best we have had on our 3 week trip in Europe…the location is a 15 min beautiful walk along the river and down a pathway to the center of town. The gardens were magnificent!! Free parking a plus, and a free bus ticket if you don’t have a car. 15% discount at the Terme and they take care of it right there!

No complaints…though WiFi a little spotty.

Location is awesome, view from our room was outstanding, interiors were also very nice, I felt that I lived in museum sometimes (in a good sense). This place outperformed our expectations and we loved it a lot.

Reception desk is often not occupied, but it is possible to call if something is needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Library and other quiet rooms that can be used by guests. Very quiet. Wooden floor in the room. Car park on the gound (20 minutes walk to the town center or bus, taking a similar amount of time). Tourist card for free use of public transport and museum entries (including Ötzi/Iceman museum in Bolzano) included.

The place is wonderful with amazing scenery and a beautiful garden area. The staff are friendly and supportive and the breakfast was wonderful. Its located a short (15min) but beautiful walk from the main centre with public transport option nearby.

If arriving by train make sure you take the bus or a taxi as the walk to the property is uphill and with luggage it is hard graft. We chose to walk and really struggled in the heat. This obviously has nothing to do with the property its just a little advice. The property is wonderful and there was nothing to dislike at all. Loved our stay

It was clean and quiet place. Everything was well orginized and managed. The garden was beautiful. Staffs were friendly and supportive.

The bed made cracking sound. There was no fridge in the room.

Clean well furnished, nicely kept. Fab modern bathroom. Lovely grounds , good breakfast, honesty system for out of hours snacks and drinks, that was impressive. Nice restaurant really 2 minutes down the hill too.

Erm nothing really but the pension name seems odd.

The good impression starts with the reception, which was excellent. Full instructions for the city and its sights. The hotel, which coexists with a monastery, was excellent, quiet, with excellent gardens and offers more than expected. Courtesy, cleanliness, comfortable and clean room, view of the gardens of Merano and a unique breakfast that you rarely find, with fresh juices and excellent cheeses. I will definitely choose it again on my next trip!! I highly recommend it..

Everything works well and the staff is very hardworking and fast. I don't think anything needs to be improved.

Very fresh and clean hotel, with a lot of (obviously new) wood forniture and walls. Staff was very friendly, we got map of the downtown and free tickets to the bus. Breakfast was pretty rich and good in a very nice interiors. The hotel is not too far from downtown, so using the bus or cab is not necessary if you are OK with a little bit walking.

Lovely, quiet guesthouse in a nice neighbourhood about 15 minutes walk from the centre. The room was nice and clean with a lovely view and a good shower, and breakfast was good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Alcal transportation ticket was included, so no problem if you're too tired to walk to and from the centre.

A small fridge would be good for a longer stay.

A different kind of experience staying amongst some nuns. It was beautiful and very well cared for! The staff and nuns were gracious and ideal hosts! Breakfast was delicious and really wonderful!
