Everything was stellar! Starting from the front desk. The front desk was where true hospitality starts and sets the course for your stay and they really delivered, even exceeded expectations. One of the best The facilities and location were perfect. The room was lovely, with a balcony in the annex overlooking the garden and pool area. Breakfast and dinner was as expected from a quality 4 star. Thank you front desk for being the best in Italy in my opinion.

I initially booked a normal room with „garden and Mountain View“ but turned out to have a view of the building next door. Staff were super nice about it and changed the room when I asked about it but I was initially a bit disappointed and think the hotel could make descriptions a bit more realistic to what you book

The location was 10 minutes walking from the center. The hotel looks elegant, classy. The interior is stylish, the facilities are great (indoor and outdoor swimming pool are very nice; the garden is beautiful; the terrace is amazing), the personnel is extremely professional, pleasant, helpful and receptive to any request. The room I stayed in was modern, large enough, elegant, spotless, with comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. The breakfast is extremely good in terms of variety, quality, taste. Moreover I was given a Merano card which I used to access free public transportation and some touristic attractions. I also booked dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was a delicious and very pleasant experience.

The balcony from my room I could not enjoy due to the rain. It also faces an area with traffic so it is not a quiet place, however this is minor inconvenient.

This is a gem of a place close to the center of town, really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast is a really nice spread and the evening meal is great value with €35 per head, never left feeling hungry. Plenty of parking and bike cellar. Room was clean and comfy and with a fridge but I think what really makes it, is the staff, they are awesome!

Very nice little clean hotel, cosy and close to the city centre. Staff very friendly. They prepared a salad for lunch even though the kitchen had just closed. Value for money. The door to our room was an antique door consisting of two doors. So cute!

The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was delicious, they freshly cooked the eggs, the choice for fruit was great!

The bed was too small, and I have a medium height, my feet would go off the bed

The hotel is absolutely stunning in every aspect and totally exceeded our experience. Fantastic rooms, excellent location - very central but also quite privat and quiet for a good night’s sleep - and incredibly attentive, helpful and friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Even afterwards: we left a bag full of little souvenirs and gifts in the room which was sent to our home address and had arrived by the time we came back from our holidays. We can’t recommend Thai place highly enough and are already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay (unfortunately only two nights last time). We felt extremely relaxed there and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere at the hotel.
