We loved the location and the 500 year old house. The owners renovated the whole place. Breakfast was out of this world. The stuff was super friendly.

How to get to the house with a car is not easy. There is a video....but it is in fast mode and if you don´t know the area it is kind of frustrating. The house is located in a restricted zone where cars are not supposed to drive. Maybe a map where to go would be better. It could have been also us not being prepared.....the place is an absolutely a must to go and stay.

Location was perfect to explore Meran. Everything was within walking distance. We could store our bikes safely in the garage and charge the ebike there. We even got our clothes washed and dried😀. Thomas and his mother were extremely friendly and helpful and we had nice chats. For breakfast there was plenty of fresh fruit, cake, and self grown tomatoes 👌🏻. The apartment was perfectly renovated and absolutely comfortable.

Everything was amazing from the location-- right in the center of Aosta-- to the stylish and comfortable room, to the amazing breakfast! One can step out the front of the building and be in the bustle of Aosta's pedestrian only streets, filled with shops and restaurants. The residence itself, however, is completly quiet once you are inside. The staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Thomas, the main host, is charming and kind and able to assist with any ideas about what to do around the city and region. Parking is ample and secure; there is even a level two charger available for EVs or Hybrids.

Best location, very tidy room ! Morden decorations with comfortable bed. Bathroom is big with all necessity. The whole service team is warmhearted . We enjoyed very much our stay , we loved the breakfast every morning and we will definitely come again .

The location is absolutely perfect! Easy to walk everywhere with a car park available if needed. The host family is very kind and helped with our laundry, checked in on us regularly and gave great recommendations for things to do. They even gave our kids some treats on our way out! We can’t imagine a better place to stay in Merano!

Excellent location and amazing space in the centre of Merano; step outside and you were straight into the main shopping streets and only a minute to walk to the Christmas markets, local restaurants and the Thermal Spa. Amazing welcome from Thomas ands team, beau tiful breakfast spread and dedicated service throughout our stay including free passes for local museums and transport and thoughtful, honest recommendations about activities in the area. I would stay here again and no reservations about recommending this to stay in Merano/Meran

Great apartment, very friendly staff and good location. Extra special treatment as they very kindly made my husband a birthday cake.

Was a bit too hot in the apartment and air-con not fully working.

Residence Rösch was a perfect place for our short trip to Merano. The location is a blast! Right next to the main street. Can’t wait to stay here again!
