The property is located in an ideal location. The landscape is very beautiful with two great pools, one of them surrounded by olive trees as well as other beautiful trees and plants. Both pools offer a fantastic view of the mountains, the sea, the picturesque town of Milazzo and its 1200 year old castle overlooking the town. The room with a sea view offers a beautiful look at the port and the mountains in the background. Other than its beauty and well maintained hotel, the staff is one of its greatest assets, great management team, employees always willing to help, professional, knowledgeable and always provide excellent service and assistance. The rooms are an adequate size, clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good with a variety of choices, including a lot the local fruits that grow in Sicily. This time we were able to attend a couple of very nice events for a very reasonable price per person including good entertainment.

The hotel offers easy access to the town with many restaurants and sights within a short walking distance. The hotel has a generous breakfast which includes many of the great fruits Sicily has to offer. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms temperature is just right. The property on the outside is well kept up, with 2 great pools. Above all the staff is excellent. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to provide any assistance needed.

We requested a balcony room and were not disappointed, we were overlooking the bay with superb views towards Mt Etna. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved spending time sitting on the balcony watching things going on. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of foods both sweet and savoury. We used the restaurant twice and the food was outstanding, the wine lovely and the prices very reasonable.

At breakfast I would have liked a better vegetarian choice, there was cheese or boiled eggs, |some vegetable omelette or mushrooms would have been appreciated.

Anna Marie the receptionist was amazingly helpful advising, giving information and called a taxi for our trip to Vulcano, which she helped us organise. The hotel is clean, stunning view of the port from the restaurant and one of the pools. Breakfast was very good, would definitely stay again. Looked after our bags and let us leave our car at the hotel all day on the day we checked out. Great hotel all round would certainly stay again

There was nothing to dislike

Superb view over the bay and town to Etna. Very comfortable, spacious room, everything worked (plumbing, wifi, etc). Secure car parking and on the last day they let me leave the car there into the afternoon. Short walk to the seafront, the old town, the castle. Immediate scenic coast road access to Capo Milazzo by car. Best location to stay in Milazzo. Good breakfast, nice big pool. There is a pebbly beach and the sea to swim in very close by. Highly recommended to stay here.

The hotel itself is a bit soul-less.

Great location. I thought I'd booked a room with a view. When I realised it had a balcony but was an internal room they changed the room which was available (it was winter) for free and an amazing view it was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we were tired and it was rather cold we ate hesitantly at attached restaurant. We did not have to worry, the food was superb as was the service.

There was no kettle and for one night I didn't bother asking.

The room, bathroom and balcony were all big and comfortable. Big bed, a desk and plenty of storage. The pool is fantastic, and the sun beds all have umbrellas. Breakfast was a good mix of sweet and savoury options. Great view from the pool area and balcony as well. Comes with free parking, but it’s a 20 min walk into the harbour area, or 10 min to closest strip with restaurants. The walk uphill is steep, but it’s not a far journey to go up.

Suite was nicely configured, 2 beds, 2 baths, kitchen and common areas. Showers were clean and well designed

Parking! There was very limited parking, the mojority of it being up 3 levels of hills. Hotel is at the top of a very steep hill so parking on the main street is not an option. There seemed to be a large event going on at the hotel. There were lots of guests (large party?) clogging the reception area as well as the drop/off load-in.

The view and the level of service.

The fact that parking exist is fantastic but having the limited spots for guests is unnervingly unnecessary. There is a mini soccer court on property next to a small guest lot and this is pointless and unused. Get rid of the soccer lot and make it additional guest parking only and then you have the best hotel in Milazzo hands down.
