Hotel Medici located one block from the sea-walk and 10" walk from fast or slow boat station for the islands. Lovely little church across the street. Very quiet and clean street. Mrs. Cinzia and her son Antonio are the best. Always available to help with a smile..Highly recommended family run hotel. The room was spotless. Breakfast was satisfying and varied. Make sure you call in advance to arrange a time for your arrival. On a side note...we found this very great place to have your evening meals....It is a small family run grocery store...they will cook whatever meals you want...very tasty meats...and pasta dishes as well.....we had a nice meat dinner with salad and soda drinks for only 17 euros total for the both of Appetito....You are welcome.

Friendly welcome to a pleasant hotel, within easy walking distance of the harbour and local facilities. Despite the central location, we didn't hear the street from our room and had a good night's sleep. We only stayed one night, but I would have been happy to stay here longer. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh fruit, cakes, pastries, and so on, and so on.

In my opinion, to have given 10 out of 10 for everything a little touching-up of the place would be needed. The communal areas are very fine but our room could do with a little bit of attention. Maybe it's end of season so the chance will come.

Antonio at the front desk was extremely helpful finding another room after the first one's mini bar didn't work. He also kindly put my tiny gel packs I need for my medicine in the kitchen freezer. The breakfast the first morning was exceptional with the young barista busy and engaged at all times. She made sure to keep all the food trays full and everything looked very appealing. The location a block from the water and close to lots of restaurants was perfect.

Unfortunately, breakfast on the second morning was altogether different with an older barista totally occupied with her phone the entire time and not noticing or bothering to clear dirty dishes from empty tables and refill food. Surprisingly, she said that there were no more rolls even at 8:30. One of the apples was badly bruised and should never have been put out for guests. There was no butter. I found both rooms small and gloomy. My husband slept in late and perhaps that was why the room was never cleaned. Free street parking is available two or three minutes away so you can avoid paying for garage parking! The hotel brochure talked about 24/7 service at the front desk but we only saw a staff member once on entering, never again. Likewise, no newspapers as advertised.

Location is great if you stay here for cruise to Lipari. 10 min walk to the port. Rooms and bathrooms are dated but clean. Valet parking works well. Staff friendly.

You can here everything from the neighboring rooms and corridors as it is an old building. Pillows were flat and bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic.

Location was very, very good - 10min walk from the port and boat departure point (as we took the boat to Lipari island). Breakfast was also very nice, with a good selection of everything. I think overall, it was a very good value for the price we paid. The room was ok, clean, and had good wifi. The guy at the reception was very, very nice, he arranged the parking for us (at a paid private parking nearby) and convinced the lady at the parking lot to wait for us afterhours, until we arrived to Milazzo. Yes, btw - valuable tip: if you want private (guarded) parking this time of year in Milazzo, you'll need to plan your trip so that you arrive in Milazzo before 7PM, which is when all the private parkings close. Otherwise, you can always use the public parking spots on the streets (which are also paid, but not guarded).

The location is perfect. The breakfast is reasonably good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room with the Jacuzzi is a real gem. The window view, light, and space are all incredible. The building has a nice old character and a comfortable vibe.

The room and furniture could be better cleaned. The elevator is an attraction itself (I believe it was the slowest lift I have ever seen)

Friendly helpful staff, large shower with good pressure, many are small, close to port and centro. As I was leaving early for the ferry to Aeolian islands, I was offered breakfast to take with me also. Varied breakfast options.

This hotel if a gem in the centre of Milazzo, close to all shops, restaurants, bars, ferry to the Eolian islands. It's in an antique building but the rooms have been modernized to high standards. A special thank you to Antonio at reception who was exceptional and helped us arrange car park, find the best restaurants. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Milazzo.

Great location in the centre of the town, close to the ferry terminal, close to garage parking (paid), comfortable room, decent breakfast.

Very old and possibly the slowest elevator in the world. Poor quality of breakfast coffee, especially for Sicilian standards.
