The location of the B&B is great, you can get everything done by foot, there are nearby restaurants, grocery shops and beaches. Gianluca was swift to respond to all our questions, and helped us out with the car and checkin/checkout doubts. The apartment was clean, the shower was great and the bed was comfy.

The breakfast is not a typical 'hotel breakfast'. You get a voucher to be used on a nearby cafe, where you can choose one beverage and one piece of food. Apart from the limited food, the owner is not the nicest person, so we ended up not going there every morning.

We only stayed for one night as a stop off before getting the ferry to the Aeolian islands. The location is very close to the ferry port so it was ideal and only a very short walk. The room was fantastic, very clean and stylish with an amazing shower and a nice little balcony area. We were met at the front of the building, even though we arrived quite a bit later than planned. We would be very happy to stay again even though we only had the one night to judge from. We would recommend it

The room was comfy and really modern had everything we needed. Car parking was good location great! Access arrangements were easy to follow couldn’t fault this at all!

Great location. Room and bathroom were good sizes. Being close to the port was handy for Eolian Island tours and marina area was great to walk along. Nearby restaurants were great.

Great location and comfortable new room.

We didn't get the breakfast that was included. When we walked over to the cafe in the morning the guy said they were closed for the day while he was cleaning up and putting the tables and chairs outside. Bit disappointed.

What a great property. It was an amazing unit, location was perfect local restaurants were great. We will be back. Thank you for the excellent accommodation.
