Location was perfect, being next to the Port, nice view of the harbour, we didn't notice any traffic noise. Francesca (breakfast waitress) was lovely, friendly, and suggested places to see. Nice breakfast. The room was clean, warm shower, towels changed each day. Will stay again

"The accommodation has an in-house restaurant located directly above the guest rooms. Unfortunately, the noise from the restaurant—particularly the sound of chairs being dragged across the floor—is quite disruptive.

The hotel was a very short walk to the ferry. We spent one night at Petit Hotel on our way to the island of Panarea. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is almost directly across from the ferry terminal, it is also close to many good restarurants. The room was comfortable and clean with a pleasant view of the street and the port.

I really don't have any complaints.

Great location opposite the port as we needed to travel the next morning to island. Can tell it had been renovated and most furnishings were new. Staff were great, attended to all my questions pre arrival and during our stay and at breakfast

WiFi was not good in our room and kept dropping out. With all the new surroundings the bed was a little old but still was comfortable

Great location - a 2 min walk from Milazzo Port. The room was clean and bathroom was spacious and very nice. The bedroom was nice and fresh towels were provided, as well as a cleaning service.

There was no full length mirror in the room. The WiFi connection was weak in the room.

From check-in to check-out the staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Very professional staff and always very obliging. The location was perfect as it had easy access to the port and walking distance to the centre of town with shops and restaurants handy. Breakfast was perfect!

I can't think of anything that was not up to standard or needed to be changed. We felt very relaxed there and enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Very pleasantly decorated and comfortable. No complaints!

This hotel has been refurbished since the Google Street View photo. Everything seems new. Very nice room, staff, new restaurant. 5 minutes walk from port departures

Very friendly and helpful welcome. Aircon in the room was excellent! Location great for the ferry to the islands and the bus from the airport.

Nothing really to say

The entire staff went above and beyond to take care of all of us. We were a party of 13. They provided fresh pastry and fruit every morning. I would highly recommend them to everyone. It was also very close to the hydrofoils, if you are traveling to one of the islands. GRAZIE!!

Staff were always excellent, even very excellent. We've stayed at Petit often over the years. The decor changes, but the hotel and its staff are always great.
