Very clean, great location, efficient communication with management, very helpful staff, good security, easy access with electronic entry controls

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom which seemed to be from the drain. Would have been good if the extraction fan could have been on permanently (it is on a sensor and timer). This was the only concern.

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. Very much appreciated the cleaning of the rooms every day. The location is in direct proximity to the center and good restaurants. We also enjoyed the sweet breakfast in the nearby bar but for us coffee and juice was enough for the morning. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a nice, quiet and modern place to stay.

The air conditioning did not work as expected. Its location was not ideal.

Very nice and stylish room, there are even colorful led lights in the bathroom :D just enough space, a place to work, balony, big and comfortable bed, refrigerator, hair dryer. Helpful staff. Great location in town center and close to ferry terminal. Beware there is only street parking available, but it is possible to find free (non-paid) spots within 10-15 minutes walk distance.

Very central, easy self check in and clean. Very modern with switches for all lights/shutters/coloured lights in bathroom. Balcony had a washing line and pegs.

Very noisy at night - doors slamming, apartments upstairs with children up playing after midnight, noisy with cleaners in early opening and shutting doors and hoovering. Church bells and canon goes off in night.

The room was great, very modern. Location was perfect for transfers to the islands. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were terrible and while the sheets were clean, there were small stains on them. The room was serviced daily which we weren’t expecting so that was another positive. First impressions of the building was scary but once inside the room was as depicted in photos.

Breakfast was coffee and pastry around the corner by voucher, not really breakfast, which was ok for me. The couple in the cafe were very welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful, vast, clean, modern and cheap: just perfect. Milazzo is shamelessly not in the travel books, except for the boats for the Eolian islands, although it really deserves a stay. This place is definitely a goer!

Excellent room- super clean, today, modern and bright. Really nice size room, bright open balcony, air conditioner, nice modern television, coffee Nespresso machine provide with capsules, breakfast vouchers also provided each day. Cleaning done daily to a really high standard

Nothing - all was prefect

Rooms were gorgeous, all new and high end, very clean & smelled so good! Very comfortable! Location was ideal for going on a boat cruise from the port.

Parking on the street in a big city is always tricky, but we found a spot close by (pay via parking meter). No breakfast included, but we loved the Bar Miceli that our host recommended just around the corner.

the picture suggest that breakfast is a buffet, it is in fact a voucher for coffee and pastry in the next door cafe.

The B&B is really closely located to the ferry port which is convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants/cafes/bars close by. The host is lovely and responded fantastically to our queries. A nice breakfast in a cafe round the corner was provided. The room was really clean, modern and comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the street with a sea view.

The only negative is that on the Monday morning of our stay, the cafe for breakfast was not open. However this was not much of an issue as there was a cheap cafe just further down the road.
