This hotel was great for our group of 3 friends. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and they had a big choice of local wines. We really enjoyed the spa — with the rainy and snowy weather in April, it was so nice to relax in the warm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a very good choice. We would love to come back!

The location is impeccable, the views from the balcony was just amazing! Fresh croissants in the morning for breakfast. Very friendly staff who would bend bars for you if you asked!

There was no minifridge on the room. TV on our room was placed very high up, and in a corner. The door to the bathroom slipped from time to time.

The staff is suuuper nice, very friendly, we loved it. Breakfast is very good, and all the facilities were very clean, nice and spacious… even the bar is cozy for a hot cup of tea before bed.

It’s not great that guests have to pay extra for the wellness centre since it is inside the hotel.

Location is perfect ,the hotel is clean and the beds are so comfortable, a great breakfast and the stuff was very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place.

Whole hotel has a friendly, family feel and when we had an issue with our motorcycle they did everything to help us out. We were very grateful. Food in the restaurant was authentic and tasty.

The only downside is how far it is up the hill but it was good exercise and you got a great view so not a problem.

Beautiful cosy room with a stunning view. Really enjoyed the spa as well. Staff was very friendly.

Lift was broken, as was the fridge in our room, which when travelling with a baby and a dog is not ideal.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and beds large and very comfortable. We made use of the spa at the hotel which was free of charge, and were amazed that there was everything one could wish for: sauna, steam room, about 6-8m long swimming pool, bubble massage seats, tropical shower, even lemonade at the exit from the spa. There was parking next to the hotel, spaces were always available.

The breakfast was nice and adequate but given the quality of the remaining services, we expected it to be richer. It would be nice to serve also eggs or some larger variety of savory items.

Pillipo, was very helpful. His dog Lucky helped to make us feel right at home. He was loving and kind. Pillipo gave us good directions to a nice hike and information about the local area. He made our stay a gracious host. We will definitely come back again.

The staff was so kind and the beds were very comfy! Our children loved swimming in the pool, chatting with the chickens, and exploring Moena. We would LOVE to come back with our family!

Breakfast was great and evening meal good if you did not want to walk into town. The bar has a lovely range of grappa and local wines with friendly hosts who spoke good English and German (as well as Italian of course). On the Sunday evening the host family welcome all guests with complimentary Aperol Spritz and nibbles. They keep chickens and goats too which were fun to watch. The rooms are a good size and in good order. The bathroom and shower good once you were used to the slightly small enclosure (but we are spoilt at home having just installed a big one at home). I would certainly recommend upgrading to one of the valley view rooms, the view is stunning. In true Italian style they do not bombard you with written information so do ask as they will expect you to - for example you have to ask what the menu options are and select in advance. The indoor SPA was very good. It had to be booked (no cost) but was private for your booking. The outdoor SPA was not available during our visit but the dreaded Covid may have had something to do with that, that and the fact it was only just Spring.

The car park was daunting at first (steep approach and narrow) but you got used to it. If you walk into town is is not a great distance (nowhere is) but the last sections of the return are steep! We booked B&B only but it would have been useful to have the evening meal menu available for the week so we could plan when to eat in or walk into town more easily.
