Loved the location and free breakfast buffet. We had a very nice room with a full size hot tub on a private balcony.

Restaurant staff was not always accommodating. We apparently sat at the wrong table for breakfast and were told about it when others were eating in the same area. I felt they should have just let that go and not make guests feel ill at ease over a small thing like that. You cannot use the hot tub on your balcony after 10 pm so most days we were not able to utilize it after returning later.

i rarely leave a 10/10 rating, but this is one of them. the staff was exceptionally friendly, caring, always around to help. food was tasty and high quality. our room was incredible - perfectly clean, everything in order, well maintained. there's a kids room, 2 pools and a spa area, a place to store the bikes. our family had a perfect stay - thank you!

The apartment - split level is huge with amazing balcony with a view to the lake. The staff in the breakfast is very nice and help you with everything you need, Zac was amazing and prepared fresh veggies and eggs as I liked. The amenities are perfect, the spa and the outside pool are heated and even looks better then in the images. Highly recommend staying here if you visit Molveno.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the lovely town of Molveno. The staff is very friendly and takes care of everything. We stayed in a big apartment which was amazing.

The hotel management at the reception wasn’t friendly, without no reason. They should be more welcoming

I loved every minute....the family owners were so welcoming and willing to bend over backwards for me. The dining experience at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Views of Molveno were breathtaking. I would very much like to come back again.

Not a criticism of the hotel, but pools in Europe are lukewarm. Coming from the USA, I was expecting a hot tub. Now I know!

Fairytale house with many cosy details. Located at the walking area of Molveno. The economic room was fancy. Balcony with a view over montains. Quiet room at night. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and made sure that we enjoyed our stay.

A bit close to the main road. Especially motorcycles caused some noise when sitting at the balcony. The relax area was a bit crowded.

The owner Alexander personally welcomed me. He and the whole hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Very clean and comfy rooms. Would come again any time.

Everything about this place was amazing. The location, just in the heart of town, the facilities were awesome, the room was modern, spacious and welcoming, food was delicious both in breakfast and dinner and above all, the stuff is amazing. Great stay. We’ll be back for sure.
