Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by super friendly staff who all spoke very good English and were very helpful. Hotel location was amazing with great views of the molveno lake and only an 8 minute drive to andalo ski slopes. There was a limited choice of food for breakfast and dinners but the foods we tried were very nice and well prepared. Beds were comfy and toilet facilities were adequate. Bar was cosy with nice views and great drinks prices. Would love to stay here in the summer and enjoy the outside bar and rooftop hot tub.

Parking outside the hotel was a little tricky at times as cars get blocked in by other guests but all guests are asked to leave their car keys in reception so the staff can move cars about when required so as not to have to disturb the guests in question the staff were very professional when moving cars as I witnessed, there is also some underground parking which seemed a little quieter so I used this sometimes. Bedroom windows seem very thin a few times at night I heard people talking outside and you can here doors closing in the halls or kids running around etc but I guess that comes down to individuals allowing kids to do that, but definitely soundproofing the rooms would be great.

We booked a room a partial lake view, yet the view was excellent. We stayed here just 1 night but later wished that we would have stayed a bit longer. The room was spacious enough and clean. The staff was very friendly with us. We asked permission from the owner if we could fly drone from our room balcony and he was happy to oblige. the breakfast served was also nice. Highly recommend to book rooms with partial or full lake view.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The check in/out experience was swift and polite, the breakfast buffet was lovely and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The view from the terrace with the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing (and the jacuzzi was seldom full), both during the day and in the evening. On one occasion we decided to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant, the food was impeccable! The staff were very welcoming and polite and helped you out with any and all requests that we had during our stay. Definitely would recommend.

Magnificent view of lake from the balcony of bedroom and also from the bar. Bed was comfy. Lovely village with lots of bars and cafes.

We were only there for two nights but room wasn’t cleaned on floor rat morning. We could have done with fresh towels. Also, asked for well done beef from a La carte menu and it was red and bloody, could only eat the edgy bits.

The place is wonderfull, in the centre of town, 5 min walk to Molveno lake. Hotel and room was clean and nice. The view from room to Molveno lake was briliant.

Breakfast should be improved especialy for long term quests, some staff weren’t helpful.

Everything was excellent. The view from the room was amazing, friendly stuff, nice jacuzzi at the rooftop. Right in the center of the city, though city wasn’t that big. Nice breakfast, also dinner. We’ve enjoyed our stay.
