The only bad experience was the obligation to empty the recycling bins at the end of the stay. The recycling station is quite far so the only way to them all at once was to use a car. Would be great if that would be done by the cleaning service

It’s a very nice apartment close to the lake and the lifts and points where the hiking starts. It has a own parking spot and there is a laundry in the basement, for 3 euros we could use it. We stayed over a week and had such o good time, truly recommend. We checked in and out easily at the hotel nearby.

It would be nice it there were some kind of table and chairs at the terrace so it would be possible to eat dinner outside. And a water boiler had been great for those of us who drink instant coffee :) We also missed all the discounts we were offered in different activities in Molveno because all the information about the guest card were send in an email in italian. Small things - over all everything was super!

Fetching keys at another location - also google maps struggled to find it. Returning keys and paying at another location. Our taxi picked us up at 7:00 am. There was nobody at reception when I got there at 6h45

An exceptionally well-maintained and clean apartment with a balcony, located close to both the lake and the town center. Check-in at the nearby hotel is easy and quick. The apartment also comes with a parking space, and there is an elevator available. It has a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave, comfortable beds and fantastic WiFi.

Location was great, nice terrace, lift, parking. Great lunch in Hotel du Lac.

Really hard pillows. Very limited kitchen facilities - no kettle, no bowls for cereals. Instructions for the recycling and for the washing machine should be better translated

You need to pay 3 euros to get a token for the laundry and go to the hotel reception to get it. An inconvenience and it should have been free, considering cost of the appartement itself.
