If you need to get away from stress & a hectic life, you need to stay here. The minute you arrive time slows, almost stops. We have rarely stayed in a place of such tranquility & serenity. It is exactly as it looks in the photos and is exactly as described by others in the reviews-its outstanding. Our rooms were light and airy, so peaceful. We had an enormous terrace. But there are little spots everywhere to sit in peace, alone or with each other. The pool: Wow! Now there’s a place to sit and swim. Again, its just so still. You completely unwind. Breakfast: You have never eaten breakfast like it. Plate after plate of delicious savoury and sweet. Served on the most stunning terrace, you just want to sit and have the best, slowest breakfast of your life. Our hosts were there, but they weren’t! They were so discreet which again added to the calm relaxed way our days were spent. I can not recommend this Masseria highly enough & will be recommending it to family & friends.

The Masseria was one of the most beautiful properties I have ever seen and was run by the most kind and generous people. The property has a stunning pool and surrounded fruit orchards and olive groves. It has a very comfortable, homelike feel which made it super relaxing. The location is very close to smaller towns and monopoli making it easy to find a great dinner and the host recommendations were excellent. The evenings have a perfect breeze so it’s very comfortable at all times of day. We will be back here ASAP!

This might be one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had!! The Maseria is a great way to experience the heart of the country and Gaetano’s property is beautiful, well kept and relaxing. We spent 3 nights and it was the perfect amount to relax. Having a fabulous breakfast each morning was the ultimate luxury and really allowed us to slow down each morning. The property is beautiful, pool is amazing and the rooms are gorgeous!

You will need a car to venture out to different areas

We had the most amazing stay at Masseria Fenicia. The place is stunning, the garden and pool are exquisite and it's a peaceful haven. Everything was super clean and they provided beach towels too which was convenient. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, an absolute 5 stars feast homemade and different every morning. We will definitely come back!

Simply one of the best stays I’ve had abroad. Peaceful, calm, and thoughtfully put together in every detail. Gaetano’s hospitality made it even better - and the breakfast was a highlight (his mum’s tiramisu is honestly the best we've ever had). Just 10 minutes from Castellana and the caves, and 15 minutes from Monopoli - a perfect location. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Masseria Fenicia is an absolutely beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The location is wonderful, nestled amongst olive and cherry orchards, with some really lovely surrounding towns and a short distance to the coast. The accommodation itself is stylish, comfortable, clean and spacious. Gaetano and his family are thoughtful, welcoming and kind hosts. It was lovely getting to know them all and they suggested some really great places for us to eat at and visit. The breakfasts at the Masseria are so special, change everyday and are the some of the best you will eat in Italy - or anywhere!

The property was very well located, in the heart of the countryside. You felt like you were in tranquility. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding - local Puglian cuisine, and the service was on point. Thank you!

Whilst there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay, it wasn’t made clear to us that there was a fan in the bedroom so our first night was very hot!

The location was amazing and serene. It was quiet and picturesque. The home made breakfast each morning was a highlight. It was fresh and plentiful. Gaetano went above and beyond for us to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The communication was great as well. We loved our stay at the Masseria and will be back again for sure!

Beautifully placed in olives groves. Charming, stylish small family run hotel. The accommodation is very comfortable. Very good place to visit this interesting and beautiful area. Peaceful surroundings. Beautiful garden with comfortable swimming pool. Amazing breakfast, made of fresh local products. Sweet and salty dishes, fruits . The property is beautiful, and the team was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast are indeed out of this world! We lived in a beautiful side room/house with lots of charming details. We warm we recommend to stay at a masseria while visiting Apulia.
