This Hotel exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful setting in the courtyard and swimming pool areas. Room was spotless and very boutique with the stone walls and ceilings. Breakfast was anything and everything you wanted, the staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable. Located 5 minute walk from the restaurant ate and bars of Locorotondo which was our favourite area of Puglia during our trip. If you’re thinking of booking don’t hesitate !!!

Our group recently stayed at Dimora Graziana in Locorotondo, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, attentive staff, especially Antoniana, the concierge, and William, the chef, who made our stay truly special. Antoniana was incredibly helpful with recommendations on where to go, what to see, the best local places to eat, and must-visit attractions. Her insights led us to hidden gems and unforgettable experiences that we would have otherwise missed. William, with his deep knowledge of the area’s cuisine, also shared his favorite spots and dishes to try, giving us an insider’s view into Puglia’s vibrant food culture. The location of Dimora Graziana is fantastic—just about 100 meters from the old, round city center, making it easy for us to explore Locorotondo and nearby towns. The property itself is beautifully maintained, blending authentic charm with modern comforts. Our rooms were spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, offering a truly relaxing environment. One of the highlights of our stay was breakfast, lovingly prepared each morning by William. The ingredients were all locally sourced from six or seven nearby businesses, including a local bakery, butcher, dairy, farm, and bread maker. The freshness and quality in every bite—from the pastries to the cheeses and seasonal fruits—gave us a true taste of Puglia. Overall, Dimora Graziana exceeded our expectations in every way. With Antoniana and William’s exceptional recommendations and personal touch, our stay felt uniquely memorable. If you’re looking for an authentic and enriching experience in Puglia, we highly recommend this gem. We can’t wait to return!

Nothing worth mentioning

From the minute we arrived we all fell in love wirh this place. We were shown around the beautiful property and the staff made it feel like home. Can't leave a review without mentioning the amazing breakfast by William, I am really missing the morning chats about our plans for the day and hints and tips on what to see where to go and new things to eat.

The hotel is really small, I actually prefer this but the lack of any facilities outside the rooms did limit us on the last day when we had a late flight, we could not stay by thr pool on out last day as there was nowhere to change.

Amazing stay - loved everything about it. Rooms were beautiful and opened out onto beautiful garden with pool. Super friendly hosts who could not have done more for us. Breakfast was lovely with local ingredients and good coffee. Quiet and relaxing place to be but only 5 mins walk to Old town and many restaurants. Highly recommended

We were sad to leave - everything was so perfect

The place is more than we expected. Beautiful, romantic, authentic and very cozy. In my opinion, the pictures cannot show the beauty of this place. The people there are extremely hospitable, detailed, kind and responsive. They recommended us extremely great restaurants and welcomed us with very delicious coffee. The breakfast is from local farms and the products are very high quality. Overall, we highly recommend it!!!

We can't share something like that, we liked everything.

The setting is lovely, spacious rooms, good air conditioning, beautiful decor. The pool was a great place to take a break from activities and the staff were lovely. Parking was easy and the location is so close to town and attractions like Alberobello. William was a legend. He was so passionate about the food he was providing from local sources, made the stay feel like home. Both staff gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, attractions and services around the town.

Everything was great

Everything was wonderful, but what stands out and made our stay memorable was our breakfast by the pool with William! It was relaxing, food was wonderful and William’s friendliness to tell us about the food and area was very enjoyable! We wished we would’ve stayed another day! The property is very clean, well kept and peaceful. Our room was comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom. There was free parking and it was just a short walk to the old town too. The hosts, location, our room, courtyard with the pool and breakfast were all outstanding— we would highly recommend and definitely want to return!

Location was good. The staff were helpful and friendly, in particular Antoniana, who went out of her way to assist us in a last minute request. She is really excellent - to the management, you have a gem in this staff. We also loved the breakfast and looked forward to it every morning. The way the structure was restored - simply lovely.

The pool should be heated - it was too cold and uncomfortable to swim in.

Hotel was an absolute dream! Clean and neat as a pin. Rooms were spacious and the pool was divine. A quick walk to town and so many restaurants to choose from. Breakfast was highlight, so many choices from local bakery with fresh fruit, yogurt and eggs. William greeted us each morning with a big smile. He was super attentive and made a great cappuccino! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a glorious stay in Locorotondo!

The most welcoming host, chef & staff. What a wonderful little gem. We only stayed one night, a last min booking due to flight cancellations and what a wonderful way to start the holiday. I’m pregnant with a bad back and the bed was dreamy, the room aligned with some five stars we’ve stayed in, our private court yard blooming with roses & Jasmin which was the most perfect scent to relax us into the Puglia way of life. William the chef couldn’t have been nicer or more talented in the kitchen, breakfast was an explosion of flavour, each dish crafted with the skill & passion we’d heard the area was renowned for. Thank you to Antonia & William for taking such care of us, after all the stress of flight changes and rushing to make it to our trip, we felt instantly relaxed & recharged. I will be recommending your hotel to anyone heading this way & hope to come back next year with the baby :)
