Best hotels we’ve stayed so far out of 7 hotels this one month trip. Owners very helpful, with everything. Excellent breakfast with so much varieties, fruits mostly grown by owners. Very generous owner, flexible check out time, whatever he doesn’t have at breakfast he will try and find for us. We ate so much very sweet figs from his garden. He also owns a good pizza restaurant. Impressed with his genuine helpful, present attitude to help customers with everything, always smiling in a good mood.

None. Needs a car to stay here, but close to beautiful city only 5 minutes by car.

We loved everthing about Villa Maggi...it simply is truly magical. The queen room with the spa bath was fabulous,plenty of space for our family of 3. The beautiful pool was exceptional,the breakfast was amazing with everything you could possibly want and Dino's free range eggs with cheese are delicious. And the highlight are the hosts Dino and Nada and their lovely friendly mannerly children. They are so genuine,kind,friendly,helpful and attentive, We miss them already and would love to return. You need a car to get to the town but it's literally 5 minutes drive.Locorotondo is so pretty,well worth a visit.

Dino & Nada are the most friendliest hosts they make you feel like you have known them forever nothing is to much trouble for them, they provide little touches that make your stay special, Dino’s homemade biscuits are scrumptious , and he makes a lovely cappuccino .Very informative about the surrounding areas and recommendations for where to eat. The rooms are spacious with a big comfortable bed, tea making facilities, fridge and a hairdryer, bath/shower gel ,toothbrushes t,bags, bottled water and pool towels. We have never stayed in an accommodation before that is so clean and well maintained, the surroundings are beautiful, the pool has a jacuzzi installed in it, it is also a natural pool ( no chloride) The breakfast is plentiful cereal , yoghurt, fruit, cheeses, meats, bread scrambled eggs or boiled and the most delicious traditional cakes. You definitely need a car to get around nothing within walking distance, so advice to stock up on some essentials for your fridge just in case you want to stay around the pool all day. Would highly recommend and we would most certainly stay again if we go back to Puglia. Thank you so much

This property is incredibly well looked after. It looks like it’s completely new inside-out with a local charming look of one of the grand houses you see in the Locorotondo area. Waking up every morning to the best breakfast you can find, Dino will remember what you like. It is a very personable relationship with the owners of the property. We loved particularly the pool area of the property. With incredible vistas of the surrounding town where Dino grew up in and amidst well manicured olive trees and veggie patches, you will feel like you found your peace. The rooms are extremely clean and smell so nice !

Everything! It was an amazing experience. Quite a happiness and relax oasis. We loved staying at this Villa, the owners are wonderful italian family, they are "brava famiglia". The pool is amazing, the food was delicious, the room and bathroom clean, modern and very cosy with everything you need. The garden is spectacular, as well as location. I loved that I could buy olive oil, wine and limoncello made by the family from their own harvests.

Amazing location! The courtyard is splendid, the pool is large, the room is quite specious as well, really confortable bed. The pictures online really don't do it justice, it looks a lot better in reality. Great breakfast as well, especially for sweets, with a large variaty of fruits, homemade cakes, pastries, but they had some savoury items as well. The owners are also really nice and helpfull.

The only thing I would add would be a mirror in the room, as the only mirror was in the batroom. But this is only a minor detail.

Great location, very quiet surrounding. The rooms are very big and luxurious, the breakfast is to die for, but the most magnificent are the wonderful owners. They make your stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend this place dearly!

This was a beautiful property in a quiet location. There are 6 rooms available - 5 are within the main building and the 6th is a traditional trullo - this is where I stayed. It was very comfortable, with lots of space (it can actually fit 4 people as it has a sofa bed in a separate section) and had a modern shower room. There is a large pool on site but I didn’t get to use it as it wasn’t quite summer weather yet. A traditional Italian continental breakfast is provided in the main building every morning (breads, meats, cheese, lots of varieties of cake, cereal, boiled eggs) which is very nice. The property is within east driving distance of all the main towns in the area (Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Ostuni and the coastal towns too) and there is secure gated parking on site. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

first local rotunda has an excellent position in the south of Italy so you can start your daily trips around to see the places of interest. And Villa, Maggi is a great place to stay it is it quiet place next to a Locorotondo (beautiful and interesting place to see you too). The villa has a spacious room with very high ceilings, newly refurbish. The bed was comfortable. Garden is beautiful great for having well prepared breakfast. There is a new pool in the garden.  the owners were very fine & friendly people. we definitely recommend to stay in Villa Maggi. 

The pool was lovely but Dino and Nada were exceptional! Their kindness and generosity was felt from the minute we arrived. Nada welcomed us and Dino prepared breakfast eggs which were fresh from his chickens! Fantastic! We will be back for sure!

Nothing. The place was clean with well appointed rooms. Nothing super fancy but super comfortable. Like staying with family.
