From the room, the view, location right in the city centre, with everything in a minute and walking distance, the people who take care of the place, the food, if you are by car there is a good parking nearby. Must try breakfast from LaPergola and lots of Aperol Spritz or Gin Tonics from La Pergola. All products from breakfast from local shops in the area. No need for extra picture from us as the ones from location description are accurate and sugestive. Highly recomend the upper room with big terrace and city view.

Good Area and location of the Hotel in the old town is the best. Balcony to dining very nice.

No elevator , my idea difficultly to hold baggage to room stayed above and narrow step not easy to keep walk also we got some problem for this place by We cannot leave my baggage to this Hotel after check out time even we (Me and host) committed by informal email but finally they denied in this case and We have to go leave my baggage at tourist information center instead by kindness officer take care of us.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was moderately good - there was always cheese and meat and not just pastries. I appreciated that there was a water kettle available for use at any time. There was a very small balcony with a table and chair with a sweet view of the narrow street.

Check-in wasn't very good. The staff What's Apped with me about our arrival time but then we ended up waiting out in the rain for someone to show up. The stairs are very steep which was actually kind of amusing but a little challenging.

This was one of our favorite place we stayed in our month trip around Italy, staff was lovely, breakfast was delicious. Nice patio view, AC in the room, good pression on the shower! Closed to everything there is to see in Locorotondo even a 10 mins ish walk from the train station! Room clean and smell good!

There is a few narrow stair for sure to be considered if you have really heavy suitcase or people with disabilities it might be a little harder to get up there, I would message the staff if it is your condition and have them tell you if it is possible or no! We had only a back pack and had no issue at all, there was maybe 50 stairs.

The staff were very friendly and we were able to check in early. The location couldn’t be better. The view from the roof terrace was great. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection

We were aware of the steep stairs prior to booking but they really were worse than anticipated. Our daughter, who is a fit 31 year old (who hadn’t had a drink), slipped on her way out and took quite a nasty tumble. Fortunately she was holding onto the handrail so managed to stop herself from falling from top to bottom. I suggest some non slip grips or something should be stuck on the steps.

Great location, many restaurants nearby. Very quiet, clean, comfortable bed! Photos were accurate, cool town to visit, really enjoyed our stay here!

The shower was quite cramped, and the shower head needs to be tightened as it kept changing position when in use. There are a lot of stairs, but this was no surprise as it was mentioned in the details.

It was in a really central location. The room was very comfortable and plenty of choice at breakfast.

Unfortunately we were unaware of the many extremely steep ( and deep) stairs both up to, and down into the room. They were so steep that when we went out we didn’t feel we could just pop back to the room so stayed out until bed time.Our fault-we should have read all the reviews! I think that the stairs should be mentioned in the main description on Booking.com

Super charming place, with very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist. We loved the generous breakfast buffet and the terrace where you can look over the rooftops of he village.

Beautifully furnished room in superb location near the entrance to the old town, the host Mariantionetta was very helpful and communicative, our check in was nice and easy as we arrived.earlier than the stated check in time. The breakfast was ample and the girls were friendly and very efficient. Spotlessly clean with a nice balcony and roof.terrace to relax, cannot fault this place, superb

Happy with everything

I had a wonderful two night stay in this historic house in the charming village of Locorotondo. My room had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. I was warmly met by the hostess who had excellent recommendations for restaurants & even organised a driver to take me to Gallipoli when I departed. The hostess stayed in touch with me throughout my stay via WhatsApp & I felt really safe. The breakfast provided is at a cafe near by & its is buffet style with a big selection of foods (both sweet & savoury). They happily catered for me as I’m a coeliac. The breakfast was lovely & a great way to start my day. I have no hesitation in recommending this charming guest house. You will not regret staying here.
