Great location, truly the Italian county side, and beautiful views. Nice sized pool.

Rooms were tight, and the whole food situation was very confusing. It says there is a restaurant so we asked about it, and they just said yes 7pm. We ended up being the only ones there, with a limited “menu” that had no prices and an odd selection of food. At the end we paid €70 and the food was horrible. The location alone is amazing, and the pool location is perfect. Organization and food need a huge overhaul.

Lovely friendly staff who were wonderfully flexible and stayed up till 1am so that we could check in after our flight was delayed by many hours. Delicious breakfast and great pool. We really liked that we could have an adjoining room for our young family with 3 children.

Everything was great but to make it even better a few hooks in the bathroom would be handy for towels and a shelf for our washbags would be great too.

We liked everything : room, pool, restaurant, location, staff, food, ... Amazing staff : always ready to help / make our stay the best experience. Incredible Italian food : local products cooked by an excellent chef. Great place for families to rest, relax and have fun, experience Italian life style. Great location for daily trips to visit Rome, Naples and Amalfi coast, Gran Sasso D'Italia and central Italy in general.

the location was spectacular. loads of space to chillax and enjoy the 360 degree view. the owner and his family were lovely and very attentive.

The electric points in the room for charging my phone are insufficient and I think older sockets. however when I asked I was loaned one which solved my problem. I can hardly describe it a dislike more constructive feedback I hope.

The staff are fantastic, they are so lovely. The view from the property is amazing. The rooms are slightly dated but very functional and clean. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful grounds and very friendly staff. Beds were comfy and ac worked well. Breakfast onsite was convenient with excellent service.

I want this to remain the best kept secret gem forever. But also want them huge success. It's a family business for over 30 years. So probably no secret. They could not have looked after us better. Thank you! Xx
