Il Monte hotel in San Savino exceeded our expectations during our short stay. Its central location made exploring the town a breeze, and being just a 20-minute drive from Arezzo was incredibly convenient for our travel plans. Our room at Il Monte was not only comfortable but also pleasantly equipped with amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The availability of coffee in the room was a notable plus point, something we found surprisingly lacking in even some five-star hotels. It was a small touch that added a lot of value to our experience. The staff at Il Monte were also exceptional, ensuring a seamless check-in process and being attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality enhanced our overall impression of the hotel. In summary, Il Monte provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay in San Savino. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our short stay very much. It was clean and quiet. It was great to have a kettle for heating up water for my tea!

We found the small shower room a bit impractical. Once you had a shower everything was wet and there was nothing to wipe and dry anything.

Nice and cosy small hotel, nice lady at the reception, good location, free parking available, fridge and small kitchen in the room. Good value for money

No elevator so you have to take your luggage upstairs (only 1 floor). The shower has no actual door - just a glass one so it’s a bit uncomfortable

The lady who helped us check in was really nice. We got free prosecco when we arrived. The parking was really nice, there was a small parking space behind the house, a really safe place to park your car. We we're really happy when we saw the room, everything was very clean and we slept really good in the bed. In the morning it was possible to buy some coffee and a croissant.

The bathroom was a little bit small, there was a shower curtain so everything was wet after showering. But it had everything you need for a stay for one or two days.
