We found it to be very good value for money, the swimming pool(s), couple of sport activities available, restaurant/poolbar, it was just great, perfect for a bit of relaxation, everyone was friendly, the apartment are a bit outdated but everything you need is there, cleaning is made daily (if you don’t have a dog), the location is not close but quiet and yet in reasonable distance to the sea or San Marino, which makes it quite a good location to explore the area…. Of course you could argue about a few details but overall we and our two teenagers had a wonderful time, and we thought the price was fair, which is quite rare nowadays.

Although there are only a limited number of bungalows, it offers all what you can imagine! It has two pools, the water was heated, comfortabel appartment, an excellent cuisine, with all day a delicious barbecue smell, because they are smoking fresh meat from the farm. It tasted delicious! The staff is very friendly! Warm welcome at check in. The reception staff speaks English, but not all staff members. But their smile does not need language, and it’s a good practice to try to communicate in Italian. Colazione was fantasic!

The fact that we only stayed for three nights ;-) Should have stayed longer.

Stayed as a group of 4 scouts. Property is in lovely area. We travelled by bus and there was an uphill walk from bus stop to property. So if you are travelling with lots of bags need to consider if this is the best mode of transport for you. Once at the property the accommodation was great and had everything you needed for a self catered trip. Room overall was lovely and the host were very friendly and accommodating given that we arrived late to check-in.

The bungalow was great, clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and the area was very peaceful. The staff was kind and helpful. We loved the dogs, super cute and friendly. The accomodation is conveniently close to San Marino.

The bathroom of the bungalow was located in the suite, so the person staying in the other room had to go through our berdroom to use the bathroom.

Lovely location - beautiful scenery, quiet. Clean, nicely furnished property Lovely friendly owner. Unique resort with lots to explore. Pools looked small but nice, unfortunately we couldn’t use them due to bad weather which was a shame and the main reason we booked. We were only there for a night, would’ve liked to stay another.

Sound insulation was terrible - could hear everything next door was saying and even someone snoring! Was very wary of my daughter on the top bunk because the rail wasn’t secure. We also didn’t have a fifth chair to sit down at the table. The horses had some conditions which was not pleasant to see.

Great location and value for money 2 swimming pools for children. Children had fun also interacting with animals there (goats, donkeys, horses) Nice bar and restaurant Awesome staff

On day 1 the air conditioning was not working properly, we asked for maintenance in the afternoon and we needed to follow up late at night because maintenance had not been done yet. However, the staff was nice and the air conditioning worked well from that moment onwards

It's a gorgeous, gorgeous little place. The staff are amazing - so welcoming, friendly and helpful! The pools and playground were great for our kids aged 8 and 9. The food was excellent! Perfect little cabin/bungalow with aircon, spotlessly clean. We LOVED it! Grazie mille, la famiglia Caputo ❤️

That we only had one night there!

Close to San Marino, with very friendly staff, good food in the restaurant, ample free parking, and a really comfortable bungalow.

The pool was very busy (many young children) so we had to give that a miss.

Great restAaurant with really fancy Italian dishes,lovely gardens with children playgrounds area and glampinng area , Bungalows had every thing you could imagine to use on your family holiday: fully equipped kitchen, Great air-condition in bedroom and very comfortable beds 🛌
