Ferdinando and Flavia were really lovely hosts, treating us more like family or friends. They were very generous wth their home made breakfast and thoughtful gifts each day, and were always available to help us and offer advice/ recommendations.

The separate guest rooms are right next to each other so you are quite aware of the other guests' presence.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this B&B! Ferdinand and Flavia were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even prepared a delicious local breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and we felt completely at home. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

This first floor apartment is set a little back from the road but you can still see the sea. What I liked about the apartment was the warmth and love and care and attention bestowed on it by the owners. Nothing was too much. Super friendly booking us a place for lunch, organizing place to sunbath and swim. This is a top quality holiday experience.

Our stay was exceptional. Just everything was perfect. From the amazing hosts who waited patiently for us and welcomed us with a big smile, to the B&B facilities that were extremely comfortable (and amazing with the view of the sea right outside of the gate), to the amazing home-made breakfast. We felt welcome, and we felt home. We will go back for sure!

Everything. We liked everything. But the thing we loved the most was our amazing hosts. It was Ferdinando’s birthday when we arrived and he gave US cake! And Flavia was the sweetest person ever!

I would have changed nothing! Except we should have planned to stay longer!

Loved everything from the start, family run property that go beyond, on arrival we were great with a traditional coffee and sweet, later in the afternoon another local treat while having a drink.

One of the best hosts I have ever met: Ferdinando and Flavia were incredibly helpful and motivated to make our stay a great experience, they even helped us find kayaking opportunities in Leuca. Also, they made us delightful breakfast and had great attention to detail with the thematic rooms!

A nice family run hotel with glorious sea views from the breakfast terrace (not from the rooms). The bedroom was small but comfortable and clean and there is a huge communal area to use with a well-equipped kitchen. Santa Marie is a much bigger town than we expected and this B&B is a good 10-minute walk from the centre. It's a lovely stroll along the seafront and means that the location is quiet. Breakfast was superb, with homemade cakes and jams and, as I'm gluten free, the host made me an omelette in addition to the usual biscuits. We walked to the harbour in the morning and took a boat tour to the local caves and the zone where the Ionian and Adriatic seas meet - super 1h30 trip, well worth walking into town for.

A well-located B&B at the edge of the town, right at the sea. The rooms are in the second building and not by the main road, therefore it is really quiet. Beds were comfortable, aircon worked well and breakfast was also as usual for Italian standards with pies, cakes and a bit of (dry) bread and jam. Of course the view from the terrace is nice in the morning, but it also gets quite warm very quickly, so better have breakfast early. Conversations were not that easy as we don't really speak Italian but we managed our way through ;) We parked the car right next to the house, where it seemed to be free/public parking and there was always a spot.

The shower and bathroom in general were really small.
