Great location. We had a family room overlooking the beach with 2 balconies. Straight across the road was the hotel’s beach. The double glazing meant that it was very quiet. Restaurants very close by.

The breakfast was very poor, lacked fresh fruit. The ham & cheese was tasteless. Coffee from a machine. Breakfast finished at 9.30. Come for the location not the breakfast. Also the bedrooms could have done with softer pillows. However, the hotel, family room and location made it all worthwhile. We had a lovely holiday.

Wasn’t a fan of the mattress. Most hotels now tend to have a memory foam base, this was so hard. Found myself waking on a regular basis during the night to try and find comfort. Hard to please everyone with bedding though.

The hotel was as we expected, in that it’s a little bit old in its styling but it was a decent mid range place with a great location and the price was right for us. The pool area was really nice with table football and table tennis too. The little beach area was also great for accessing the sea. We had to leave our previous place early so it was v helpful to be able to leave our bags in a conference room and have a few hours by the pool while we waited for our room. The room was big and good bathroom and shower and decent amount of storage so we could all unpack. We had a sea view balcony which was lovely. We were there at the end of October and it was very quiet, lots of restaurants were closed. Osteria La Sagrestia was really nice. Our favourite place to eat was Lido AlbaChiara. Doesn’t get great reviews on trip advisor but we enjoyed everything we ate there both times we went. The kids enjoyed playing around the rock pools while we enjoyed a couple of cocktails (great cocktail list).

Breakfast was a bit basic, not much choice. Nice terrace area outside to eat it on though.

The hotel was on the beach and in the heart of town -- location could not have been better. The pool was super, the room spacious and the air con great. The room was always cleaned beautifully and staff were great. The whole place had a nice relaxed vibe which we really liked.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like.

Great location on the lungomare! Nice pool out back. Most balconies have at least a little view of the harbor or the sea. There were many restaurants and bakeries within a short walk of the hotel. Parking was a bit tight but we never had to walk far. The staff was friendly and the rooms large and nice.

Everything was good or better so nothing to complain about.

We loved this hotel. All staff were exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. I booked the evening meal but thought we would be going to a restaurant if we were disappointed with the meals. Nothing of the sort. We ate every night at the hotel, they were so very good. Our room overlooked the sea and had a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and sheets changed constantly. We are hooked on this hotel. But you do need transport. We went just to relax so suited us very well. The swimming pool was more than our expectations with plenty of beds and unbrellas. The hotel does have a private beach.

I am struggling with this question. What could have been better? Not a lot quite honestly. It ticked all the boxes but should we go again we will organise transport perhaps. No public transport and unfortunately we went just off season so all excursions had finished.

Helpful staff, large bedroom, great views, wonderful location

Mini bar only contained water, main bar did not have Aperol or Campari just a generic non branded replacement which was awful. Restaurant food set for coach parties and groups, food lacked finesse and care. Excellent pasta, terrible salmon. These examples show a hotel cutting standards and costs which is a shame

It was clean and vue on the sea was great

As it was low season, there was limoted activities (limited menu at the restaurant, swimming pool closed - as mentioned in the note of Booking.com but i did not notice during the booking, thinking that the criteria "swimming pool as facility" means "open swimming pool"

beautiful vintage hotel! Seaside, with a gorgeous pool and wonderful accommodations. We did not eat at the restaurant except for breakfast which was a fabulous continental style buffet. Highlight of my trip!

Fruit at the breakfast buffet would have been nice, but it was wonderful as is.

Everything was perfect. The staff were great (cant understand other negative reviews). The rooms were very clean and comfy and the location was perfect.

There were rarely any sunbeds available. They seemed to be used by non-residents and it's not monitored.
