Modern accommodation tastefully decorated with comfy bed, patio and parking on the road next to the property. There is a lounge with tv that guests can use, would be nice if it had tea/coffee station though as that is not provided in the room. Great location, few minutes walk to seafront and restaurants.

The room was heavily scented when we came and even after a long time trying to air it out the smell was overpowering and very bothersome. In the future it would be best to avoid heavy scents. Very basic breakfast certainly needs improvement, apart from fresh croissants there were only biscuits type of food and apples, tea was barely warm, felt the water from tap is warmer than the tea we were served. It would be useful to have a designated area for smoking far from rooms. If you get a smoker next door and they smoke on the shared terrace the cigarette smell gets into your room, so can’t leave French doors open or enjoy terrace, not so great for someone with respiratory illnesses.

Hello, me and my boyfriend have stayed at the B&B for two nights and are very satisfied with the cleanliness, hospitality of the owner, and room service. The room in general is very clean, comfortable bed with multiple pillows. The B&B also has two open areas to spend time. Even though the one that can be accessed from the room is shared with others, it is still very nice and chill. The B&B is also very near to the nicest views of Leuca, and I’m looking forward to staying there again.

Brand new, modern, clean, spacious, located in new quarter of the city (village), amazing terrace, FREE parking area, 3 minute by foot from Leuca centre, bars, restaurants, beach - 15 minutes from the port and boat trips starting point (caves). Absolutely amazing place, a super friendly host with amazing smile and italian soul.

Great bnb, similar experience to being in a hotel with double rooms & daily cleaning. The host was very friendly and always available. The room is as described and equipped with everything.

Breakfast not exactly as described, mostly industrial products but otherwise appreciated, especially the coffee before going out

Beautiful location and cosy room,literally 3min walk from the center of leuca,plenty of parking for your car.Room was perfect clean and breakfast in the morning was full of choices. Staff were polite and they give us many tips about what to see and where to dine in. Definitely recommend.

The position of the property was perfect and the free parking was nice. The staff was very nice with tons of tips about places to visit.

No free daily towel change, they were changed every 4 days (or at request with a supplement of 20 euros)

What a beautiful place, modern, new and spacious. The location is just up from the main promenade a 5-minute walk. It's easy to find and recognisable. The apartment is gorgeous with all Amenities mentioned, very clean and well looked after. The open-plan kitchen area is large and feels very inviting. Aircon is powerful and new. The bedroom is so comfortable with ample space for two with a wardrobe and lovely bed linens, a very nice terrace leading straight out to the main large personal courtyard area with relaxing chairs as well as a garden table and chairs. It's very secure this property and you can feel secure knowing that your stay is in good hands with security cameras. The bathroom was large and new with a waterfall shower that has strong water pressure, a separate washing sink to rinse off costumes etc. Everything is well thought out and my apartment had stairs up to a lovely roof terrace just beautiful to chill out. The host was lovely, he met me at the property, showed me around and helped explain things. All communication was responsive and friendly which he is. Finally a morning breakfast with some pastries, fruit, toast, yoghurt, cereal coffee & juices. I didn't find any issues with what started the day off. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The accommodation was large, clean, and comfortable. It's a quiet area, and it felt private. It was an easy walk into the main area of town.

I felt it could have a few more kitchen utensils and some wine glasses. The outdoor area would be great with a glass of wine in hand

This is a brand new property close to the main street, restaurants, and the beach, with a large deck area that would be great on hot days. The room and bathroom are large and the breakfast room is big and bright. Breakfast is fairly basic (croissants, yoghurt, juice) but the coffee (most important element!) is excellent. Secure storage for our bikes. The host - Pina - was friendly and helpful.
