The place is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by the views on the mountains and the sea. There is a big private terrace in front of the rooms. The rooms are big and nice.

We were surprised that the linen were not included in the room price (yes you can see it in booking if you look for it, but it’s not smth you usually do). Some elementary cooking stuff (salt, oil) would also help.

The views are absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery all around. Surrounded by nature, it offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I highly recommend it for a truly restful stay!

Beware of light switches in the bathroom - if it's turned off won't boil the water. Additionally paid bed cover. TV not set up , but actually didn't need it

Superb appartement with all facilities imagineable, enough room space, great privacy. A supermercato is around the corner, as is a pizzeria and a bar. And not to forget our wonderfull hostess Simona: kind, friendly, helpful and communicating with her in English works very well.

I loved everything about this accommodation, the natural setting, the house and the garden, vicinity to the Costa Rei beach! Simona was very kind and helpful. We will come back.

Extra price for linen etc and there was no basic cooking ingredients, washing liquid etc. If we had been prepared, it wouldn't have been an issue. Would rather have those extra costs included in total price to avoid the extra stress.

Great spot, with plenty of space. We enjoyed the nature and the calmness of this place. Beaches were in reachable distance and very nice!

The location makes this a great place to stay. The grounds of the working farm are wonderful as is the outside space you get with the apartment, and the addition of the barbecue too makes for wonderful outdoor dining. You are less than ten mins drive from some stunning beaches. Costa Rei itself is a man made tourist town, but if you drive inland or further afield you find some lovely places. A lovely gesture of a bottle of wine on arrival was a real treat. We enjoyed sitting outdoors and dining outside and the convenience of getting quickly to beaches. We finally met the host on check out when we had to pay for the linen/sheets - they offered us to use their other hotel in costa rei to shower post beach which was a kind offer (we didnt take it up).

The property is rustic and quite worn, including the pots in the kitchen. It was musty when we arrived and we had to air it and clean it a bit to get rid of the smell. Also you have to buy your own cleaning products including a sponge and toilet roll (only one provided to a two bed apartment for one week). There is only air con in the living room and in 35 plus temperatures its quite challenging at night to sleep. They charged us 30 euros for sheets and towels which we have never experienced before in the years coming to Sardinia. There is no information in the property on how to use things/suggestions for the local area etc, and reception is rarely open so its hard to find information. During our stay it seemed almost daily something broke from the wifi to the water pump the outdoor lighting and we had several power cuts. Maybe this was just an unfortunate week.

The property overall is new and nicely done, clean and has most of the amenities you would need, although the picture in the ad do not describe the layout as it truly is. our room was a studio and not a one bed apartment as per the picture would lee you to believe.

- Linen and towels are not included in the package, you’ll only find out at the residence unless you really sift through the amenities section of the site - There are no kitchen towels, no salt or sugar or any type of staple food to get you started - Only ONE toilet paper roll - There are no cleaning product and tablet for the washing machine, no soap, no shower gel, no shampoo. Basically NO products whatsoever, you need to buy everything (even if you are staying few days). - Wi-Fi is basically not existent, it was so slow that it was unusable most of the time (and 4G signal is very weak due to the isolated environment). - Hopefully just bad luck on our room, but the air con was extremely noisy and not working, to the point we had to turn it off. Once we notified the property they did remedy and fix it straight away.
