Highly recommend this place to stay for peace and quiet.. the owner is very nice and helpful.. location just 7min drive from Villasimius.. one big important info, if google maps try to pass you from Via dello stadio avoid it because its a dirt road and get very bad at the end.. Im going to put a picture of the street mentioned.. enjoy your stay ☺️

We went during low season and the price per person per room was really good considering the location. The staff was kind and helpful. The water is not drinkable but gets well hot for a nice shower.

A few things can be improved such as: Bigger shower. A not slim person might have difficulties in entering and using the small shower. The soap dispenser could be with liquid soap and not foam. The same foam system is used for the shower gel and there’s no shampoo. I think these are basic goods to provide for a hotel and if not at least communicate it so that we can bring our own. The third bed (even I was by myself in the room) was very old and completely broken. Surely would have not be nice to sleep on it. There is no coffee machine in the room but just a basic kettle. Would be good to have blackout curtains and that cover both window and door so that the guest could have a long sleep.

Close to a beautiful beach - our favorite in Villasimius. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The hostess was friendly, helpful with recommendations, and responded quickly to a minor maintenance issue.

We didn’t realize that the water was not drinkable until we got there. Also, the TV didn’t work because the satellite wasn’t hooked up. The hotel is in a dead area for cell reception, although the wifi worked well, and if we drove up to the highway we could connect as well.

The location was very quiet and close to the beaches. The staff was extremely friendly and we felt very welcomed.

The road leading to the hotel was a questionably good gravel road on which our car (Fiat Panda) set down several times. The breakfast was quite expensive. The water pressure in the shower was very very low.

We liked the calm environment and comfortable beds. Very good location to get to Villasimius and nearby beaches.

The air-conditioning was a bit old. And we were surprised that the water in the bathroom was not drinkable (there was a warning sticker on the wall near the wash basin).

Very kind and attentive. Great attention to every detail wrt comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. We felt very well cared for. Excellent and very tasty breakfast

Room was well decorated and spacious. Each room has a little patio where you can sit and also hang dry your wet bathing suits and towels

Location was great. You will need a car to get to this hotel though.

Can't think of anything I disliked.

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The location is great, very close to the main village but still in a very quite and charming area.

The check in is a bit too late.
