The location of the hotel is really good. The town center is walking distance, and right next to it there is a grocery store. There was always parking place right in front of the hotel. My room was spacious, clean and I truly loved the garden that the bedroom door opened to. Wow, the beautiful scent of those tiny white flowers! Staff is very kind, one of the ladies at reception was super-helpful, she even helped me to find a great hairdresser in town. I also appreciate that they take being environment-friendly seriously.

The door between the corridor where the bedroom doors open from, and the lobby is horribly loud. Fortunately my room was at the very end of the corridor, but I still could hear it open and close every time someone walked through. The bed was way too soft to my liking, but I guess that is individual.

The location is excellent—there’s plenty of free parking (we arrived at around 17.30), though it can get a bit tricky to find a spot if you arrive very late, as many tourists return from day trips around the same time. Having a Conad supermarket right next to the hotel was super convenient for picking up snacks and drinks. The check-in experience was wonderful—the young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, a real asset to the hotel. Our room was basic but very spacious and clean, which made it perfect for our last night in Sardegna - wanted to swim in the Villasimius beaches and be only an hour away from the airport. Breakfast was another highlight—abundant, fresh, and satisfying. We took it in the verandah. The beach is only about 2 km away, and we walked there easily. The next morning, we returned and continued walking to another beach a further 2 km away. It was a lovely experience—peaceful and quiet, with just a few morning joggers and beach staff preparing for the day. There are also plenty of dining options in the centre which is only a few minutes away from the hotel and can very easily be walked to. Overall, this hotel was a great base with everything we needed for the money we paid. Highly recommended.

Great location, easy parking in front of the building. A very nice small boutique style book themed hotel with wonderful, always smiling staff. Cozy, new rooms, our room was on the ground floor, we had a small terrace with table and chairs. The breakfast was good, nice variety of sweet and salty. The hotel offers free bikes for the guests - we could not use it as there was no child size bike.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, they have bikes for rent for free for guests of the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the city. We could even park 2 motorcycles under the roof but there is a ramp to get there and it is to high for some motorcycles. But there is also a lot of parking space around the hotel. We decided to stay another night.

I thought this place was excellent. The room was modern, clean and spacious with a really comfortable bed. The air-con was superb in the room, much needed due to the blazing summer heat. The highlight for me was the excellent breakfast. It’s also right next door to two supermarkets and not far from a number of good restaurants in Villasimius.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast and capucino, the room was very clean and we also received a very confortable crib for our baby. We enjoyed our private terrace, where we had a table and two chairs. Parking right next to the hotel, supermarket as well. Walking distance to the center. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back here!

Great location for exploring the beaches and just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Villasimius. Safe, free parking right next to the hotel and a handy supermarket on the same street too. Outstanding choice at breakfast which took us by surprise, really good value.

Xenia hotel is a very nice, small, comfortable place to stay. Just a little outside the centre but it's next to the supermarket and there is a Saturday market near too. Parking is good also. Breakfast was great. My room had a very nice balcony.

It was a little overpriced but still very good value given the season.

Xenia hotel is a super comfortable place to stay. The staff are very welcoming and kind. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious, bonus was a sunset facing balcony. The breakfast is amazing.

I truly believe this hotel deserves 5 stars! Everything was amazing — the staff, the room cleaning, the breakfast. Thank you for the bikes too! We’re absolutely thrilled with our stay here.
