Wonderful property and fantastic people! Elisa is a star, as she was able to accommodate our dinner reservation wishes by suggesting the best restaurants and making our reservations! Elisa also shared her favorite spiaggia to visit! Marco was also a great host. He made reservations for us at I due mare for lounge chairs and umbrella at Punta Molentis. There you must make reservations for the spiaggia because it is limited for parking. It was full when I tried to, but Marco knew how to get us there and the spiaggia was fantastic! Great job to you all. Breakfast was also delicious and the lady in charge of breakfast was so sweet and accommodating! Thanks!

The location was central to the town so easy to go shopping, walk to restaurants and catch buses. It was a 20 minute walk to the beach The hotel was very clean, rooms were cleaned daily, lovely soft towels, great shower,comfortanle bed and the tv even had netflix enabled . Breakfast was good, cheeses, ham, fruits, homemade cakes, good coffee. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. They are very good on advising about restaurants, travel connections and even on information about Cagliari. Thank you to them all, Veronica and Elize.

My room was on the ground floor and the windows faced a drying area. Also there was seating outside which deterred me from opening the curtains when people were sitting there. Not huge problems really.

Everything was amazing and way better than expected. Elisa, and all the other staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and we were able to contact them at any time about anything really. The breakfast was lovely, and they prepared a take-away breakfast box as me and my partner were checking out before breakfast time, which we thought was really thoughtful.

Brilliant small hotel located in the centre of Villasimius town. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. From the receptionist, to the lady who makes delicious coffees in the morning and also the housekeeping, everyone did everything possible to make my stay great. My room was immaculate and fully equipped with a fridge, kettle and daily cleaning and towel replacement. Plenty of hot water and an excellent shower. The bed was very comfortable and my room was very quiet even though it was located next to reception and the road. I loved breakfast every day. A selection of fresh fruit, yogurt, rolls, cheese, hams and freshly made pastries and cakes. The cinnamon and apple cake was my favourite! Villasimius has a great selection of restaurants all within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The nearest beach is a pleasant 20 minute walk and there are lots of fabulous beaches all within a 5km radius. Spiaggio Stefano was my favourite. Would fully recommend Hotel I Graniti to anyone wishing to experience the beauty of the area🥰

Beautiful breakfast with buffet both salty and sweet. The hotel is located in the center of Villasimius closed to tasty restaurants and shops. Wii fii connection really good.

The parking was not ready to be used when we were there due to renovation. Having the room facing on the entrance of the hotel we did not appreciate the music starting at the 8 in the morning.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had a large, comfortable, clean and warm (it was February) room with a balcony right in the centre of the town. We intended to stay one night but ended up staying for three nights as it was so nice. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay there again.

Very well organised hotel. The staff are super friendly. Ready to help with any kind of requests to their best possible. Nice location, very central and a few minutes walk to beach. Directly in th city center.

Breakfast was okay but could be better. TV in our room was very small.

Everything! It was a really cosy hotel. I had booked a single room but was given a good sized double. Very modern comfortable bed and interior. Very friendly staff, lovely continental breakfast with a seating area outside at the front. Great location, up a slightly steep hill just off the main street.

The only slight negative was with the en-suite. Although all modern fixtures and fittings and a very nice walk-in shower, during showering the water did not drain sufficiently so left the rest of the bathroom floor really wet afterwards. I'm glad I took my flip flops!

Very professional and cordial staff. Located just off the main street which becomes a pedestrian boulevard during the evening. Short drive to the beaches. Plenty of restaurants, gelateria, plazas, and people-watching.

Was lucky to get the same parking space each time but parking could be a problem, if there is more activity in town. The room was extremely small but with modern amenities, good bath facilities, and a variety of foods at breakfast.

We had a perfect stay at the Hotel Graniti! The location is superb, right in the city center. We got a free room upgrade and complementary drinks as a honeymoon gift. A really nice touch! The room was really nice and the bed comfortable. There were several pillows and plenty of towels. The staff is super friendly. Even the breakfast was good with lots of choices.
