Clean apartment. With a nice terrace, where one can chill out during the afternoon or evening. No issues with the host, everything worked as expected.

Cameras on the terrace. Mosquitos (there were not that many in the city, but a lot on the terrace and generally near the accommodation). Breakfast was pre-packaged. The sound insulation between rooms could be better.

Was very clean, modern, and comfortable big rooms, with everything we need. Close to the town and to the beach. Silvia was super friendly and helpful! I really recommend!breakfast left was nice too!

Beautiful property, spacious bathroom & it was in a good location to walk to town & a short drive to lots of gorgeous beaches. It was very clean with nice touches. Owner was contactable with any queries. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great place - clean, secure, wonderful host, good shower and good bed. Best of all is the secluded outdoor space - an oasis in the city

Honestly one of the best accommodation ever! The host Silvia was amazing, very caring and open. She has given us a lot of suggestions, was always available and replying very fast. The breakfast was great, full of options and very tasty. The room itself was very new, clean and huge. The house is close to the Main street of the city. I would totally recommend to stay there for summer vacation in Villasimius.

The room was comfortable but after booking they inform us that we need to change the room after first night.

It wasn’t a breakfast, it was a mini bar with daily refill. We were disappointed.

room is nicely furnished, big bathroom, fancy shower, they provide breakfast in the room, which was perfect because of our early leaving. They also provide common spaces (balcony for smokers), netflix, wifi,... Owner speaks english, which is not common for locals..

it would be nice to have some sort of table for put on suitcase.
