Location, Location Location, Serious Super Markets next door (2 of them no small real ones). Excellent croissant and coffee in the reception coffee shop. 7 minutes drives to many excellent beaches (Simius, Porto Giunco, Punta Molentas, Columbus, Punto Lungo and more, Porta Ruxi. Walking distance to main strip with many bars hotels resto. In Sardinia need to book in advance resto's very strict. Amazing pool. large and clean over looking the mountains

WIFI only works in common areas - this should be an easy fix, not sure why we don't correct

Very nice and helpful staff, great contact already at the booking stage when we needed a late check-in at 11 p.m. Large apartment with a kitchenette, balcony, large bedroom and bathroom (all as described). The kitchen is equipped with the most important things, the only thing missing is an electric kettle, a microwave or a frying pan. There is a supermarket right next to the residence equipped with everything you need, including accessories for the swimming pool and beach. The facility's swimming pool is large, clean and guarded by a lifeguard. There are sun loungers with umbrellas around the pool. The facility is fenced, with plenty of parking spaces. 10 minutes by car to the beach, we recommend spiaggia di Porto Giunco and spiaggia Punta Molentis. 10-15 minutes' walk to the town center, but 2-3 minutes away from the facility you can find very good restaurants.

We love this place. My mam sister and I have come here before and it's always such a pleasure staying here. The rooms are self sufficient and have everything, the bedrooms are really comfortable not to mention how amazing the staff are. They're all such lovely people.

The only issue I have is there is no WiFi in the rooms. While it's good in a way to be offline for a while I'd love to stay here and work from here some time but it's not yet a possibility.

Very friendly and helpful staff, crystal clear pool with lifeguard and plenty of sunbeds and bar. Three charcoals grills for barbecue. COOP and Eurospin next to Residence. Fully equipped kitchen including microoven and classic oven. Even washing machine. Towels and bed linen included . Good coffee in cafe with friendly staff.

Really loved the pool area,the bbq area and the convenience of a short walk in to town.Also having the supermarket so close was so convenient.

We are not sure if this is normal but our apartment was never cleaned.We were left fresh sheets for the 2nd week on the kitchen table with a laundry bag which we left outside the door for collection.This may be normal procedure but this is the first time we have hired an apartment.We also felt that the kitchen could have had a few more essential cookware like baking trays to be able to use the oven…we bought some foil ones from the supermarket below but we think some would be useful for future rentals.

Lifeguard, seemed more interested in guarding the pool than the swimmers. Always on the phone. Pool was a little cold but it is October.

Very friendly staff, clean pool. Caffeteria downstairs, supermarket close, easy parking. Washing maschine was helpfull 😉 walking distance to city center.

Very small balcony, we could not squeeze in. Surprisingly, the location does not have any garden. Nothing green around the house.

The apartment was clean,spacious and had everything needed for our stay. The washing machine was an added bonus. Also having bikes free of charge was fantastic.

The pool was quiet and not ideal for younger children who want to play and have fun.

The location is excellent and the apartments are very well furnished

There is no bar open at night or an área like a lobby where you can sit and have some drinks

Hotel was welcoming ,safe and comfortable. Big clean swimming with lovely BBQ area. Great location , supermarket cross a road. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, especially Fabrizio what a lovely pet we had to pleasure to meet in the reception.
