Such a great location, great views, really friendly staff who are happy to help. Convenient for beach (white sand, clear waters), plenty of parking so you can explore the island in your own hire car, and private beach that had plenty of beds and a lifeguard. Room was big enough and shower was hot. Absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed 6 nights, breakfast was good, poolside drinks were good too. We didn't try other food (lunch) here. Not a bad walk into town and a very short drive.

Sunbeds could do with some cushions on them as they're not so comfy (are clean)! I think there might have been some different info given at reception depending on who was working that day as I learnt a lot when I was waiting to check out and the people in front were checking in :-) Air conditioning didn't work at all (it's on the wall but doesn't function) so I wouldn't want to go in the height of summer.

The location is amazing: really close to Villasimius and with a view of the beach and the ocean. The shuttlebus option was super convenient and made it really easy to visit the private beach. It is wonderful that a sun umbrella and 2 beds are included in your stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the view from the pool. The breakfast was delicious and is a great way to start your day.

The path to our apartment was not super easy accessible. It would be more convenient to have stairs instead of a slope and a path instead having to walk on the grass. Especially with a 2,5 year old child this would have been more comfortable.

We had a great stay at Residence Fenicia in Villasimius. The apartment was cozy, practical, and had everything we needed – especially in the kitchen, which was really well equipped. Everyone at the reception was super helpful and friendly, which made us feel very welcome. The view from our terrace was stunning, with palm trees and blooming hibiscus bushes all around. The beach just below the property was honestly one of the most beautiful we’ve seen – crystal-clear water and soft sand. The short walk there was also really pleasant. The location is ideal – just around the corner from the lovely restaurant La Capanna, and close to the town center where you’ll find lots of amazing places to eat. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the surroundings and how guests are treated. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

A Wonderful Stay at Residence Fenicia! We had such a lovely experience at Residence Fenicia! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Rose, the bartender, was especially warm and friendly—always smiling and such a pleasure to chat with. The shuttle driver was also incredibly kind and helpful, making it easy to get around when needed. The beach is just a short 3-minute shuttle ride or an easy 8-minute walk away. It’s located at the end of the path and feels peaceful and private, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained—clean rooms, a gorgeous pool, and a spacious outdoor terrace perfect for lounging and enjoying the view. One of our favorite parts was the group of about 10 adorable cats that live on the property. They’re clearly well cared for by the staff and add a charming, homey touch to the stay. Restaurants and bars are about an 18-minute walk or a 7-minute drive, so it’s close enough for convenience but still tucked away enough for a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend Residence Fenicia for a relaxing getaway with great service, kind people, and beautiful surroundings!

If I had to give any suggestions, it would be to add a full-length mirror in the rooms, consider some fruit fly control, and perhaps install more street lighting near the hotel for better visibility and safety at night. These are small things compared to the overall experience, which was fantastic.

Beautiful location and views. Clean and quiet facilities. Good selection at breakfast buffet and really nice private beach with shuttle service (although the beach is close enough to walk within 10 mins). The walk up the hill to Villasimius town in the evenings is well worth it, for a selection of restaurants, shops and stalls and a vibrant family atmosphere.

The closest supermarket was up the hill in Villasimius which is a 20 min walk or a taxi ride. We were told that the supermarket will deliver.

We had a great 3 night stay. The place is like a time warp back into the 80's, which we loved. The 1 bedroom apartment was snug, but had everything we needed for our stay. It was simple and totally adequate for a few days accomodation. The staff were all very friendly, special shout out to Rose! The pool is great and the views/location spectacular. It's really good value for money - particularly as it was the start of the season. Hire a car as it is great to have a base and drive to different beaches everyday. Although, there is a private beach area for guests just a short golf cart ride away provided free of charge by the hotel. Decent cappuccino at breakfast!

The mattress was a little sinky. The TV was comically small, if you are wanting to watch TV. Rooms were not very sound proof. The shower was kind of small. There is a price tag attached to everything – you break it you bought it, kind of thing. Breakfast was average – but you can always cook your own if you rent one of the apartments, or go to town for breakfast.

The place was ideal to relax, we loved the views, the park, the apartment, the bed, everything was as in the photos. we had a very easygoing week. The people were nice and they take you to the beach, you dont need to worry about the sun because in the beach you get loungers and parasol. the Swimminpool was amazing. we got towels. The other beach possibilities in the area are to die for.. so many beautiful sunsets! recommend 100% if you like to enjoy your week

I sent a message asking for which coffee machine was available and they never answered. but that wasn't an issue, i bought later the Nespresso capsules.

Absolutely stunning place with gorgeous views for miles! Room was lovely with a fab balcony too. Pool was nice and enough sun loungers around we always managed to get one. Great and regular shuttle service to the beach (or just a 10 min walk!)

Free breakfast is a nice touch but I am coeliac so couldn’t have any of it (apart from fruit). Would’ve been great to see some gluten free bread / biscuits to have something more substantial each morning. A bit of a long walk from the main town for dinner each night (25 mins). Fine if you have a car but a hard walk in the heat of the day if not!

I spent 5 days with my daughter at Residence Fenicia in april & we had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean, and we loved both the pool area and the closeness to the majestic Simius beach. Residence Fenicia is in close proximity to beautiful walking trails, beaches and shopping - but is also tucked away on a quiet hillside. The view was magnificent! The staff very kind and helpfull! We will most definitely come back!

Yuky was so helpful for knowing where to go & what to do in Sardinia. She also helped us get a reservation at the special beach! The grounds are kept so nice & the place has so much charm. The beach is perfect & Frank the lifeguard is so nice. I was sad to leave here. Beach is gorgeous!!

A/C could’ve been a little stronger but if you close bathroom door it helps. :) nothing to ruin our beautiful stay.
