All in all good, staff was very friendly and helpful. We could rent beach towels for the minor amount and one of the nice beaches in the area a 5 minutes on foot. However a car is recommendable to explore other beautiful beaches nearby as well as some restaurant in the area. Parking was available at the location.

Bathroom needs a "refreshing" and had almost no shelving (shampoo etc). The room too had little storage and some more precise info re available equipment e.g coffee maker (for non Italians the typical stove top espresso pot doesn't qualify as coffee maker). Better mention also that beach towels are not included.

Although the room was compact, it had all we needed for the week. Free sun beds & beach towel was a bonus. The pool was quiet as the bar was only open for breakfast though vending machines were available for drinks/snacks. All the staff were friendly and it was good to find out we could also use the Green Village pool which had food/snacks etc available throughout the day.

Great place in a quiet area not far from the beach and the town centre, had a nice room with a kitchen and a terrace, simple but good value for money. You can do your own barbecue at the hotel, which is cool. Keep in mind that the reception closes at 8pm.

The kitchen in the room did not have a kettle or a microwave. Almost every time I turned on the electric stove the power in the room would go out. Seems that the electric system of the building was incapable of handling the load of a single stove burner being on for more than two minutes. Fortunately, the master switch for the power in the room was right there on the wall next to the kitchen, so when it cuts the power you can turn it right back on. So to cook a basic meal you have to go back and forth between the stove and the master switch on the wall every two minutes. A bit annoying, but we managed. Wouldn't rely on that kitchen to cook a big meal for a family though.

Super friendly staff, everyone helped so much with everything. The private beach was astonishing!

The fridge was very small, so I couldn’t go to the market to buy things for an entire week for example. But was my fault that I didn’t read that on the description.

Rooms in this hotel come with guaranted sunbeds on a beach located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has perfect communal areas, parking lot and great welcoming stuff

The rooms are rather simple and older looking. Own dishwashing supplies must be brought if person wishes to cook or eat.

Good location, 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the centre. Staff very friendly.

Pool wasn’t great and could do with a clean. No bar even for soft drinks but there is a vending machine. You can use the pool/bar area of green village but have to walk approx 5-10 minutes to get to it. Towels changed once in the week, bed sheets not changed.

The resort is 15 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes walking to Villasimius where you can find restaurants and shops. Thank you Francesca and Monica and all the staff for having made our stay memorable.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Excellent location near the beach & added bonus of free sun loungers & umbrella. Strong, hot shower & it had all we needed.

The place is in a quiet location, very relaxing in the balcony with fresh air, near to simius beach, town is a few.mins drive with a lot of restaurants and grocery store. The receptionists were really friendly.
