From the moment we arrived at Almar Timi Ama, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly attentive and professional staff. As first-time visitors to Sardinia, we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the island. The team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and filled with wonderful memories. A special thank-you to Annalisa from Guest Relations, whose warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression. Her thoughtful recommendations and constant support truly elevated our experience and made us feel right at home. Every interaction—from reception to housekeeping, restaurant and gym—was marked by kindness and a sincere desire to help. The atmosphere of hospitality throughout the hotel is something truly special. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of our next visit. Spa is not included, not even basic saunas and staff is not friendly

Awesome hotel, with an outstanding location in terms of position and beach proximity. The beach is very accessible, sandy and the water depth is perfect for both children and adults due to its very gentle slope (you can walk 150ft in the water and still touch). For very windy days with rough sea, the hotel also features a large pool. Staff is exceptionally kind. Buffet breakfast was great in terms of quality and selection. Dinner at Ginepri restaurant was top notch, we tried lobster, sea brim, and most of pastas and appetizers, and were delighted. We also tried the buffet dinner twice, and we were pleased. Our 6yo loved the hotel, too. We will definitely try to visit again next year.

A small issue with room wifi swiftly addressed by the staff to our full satisfaction.

Glorious location, staff were exceptional and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Evening events for families were a lovely touch and gave our little one something to keep her entertained whilst Mum and Dad had a nightcap.

Two gripes 1. The pool depth is not suitable for children or adults under 6ft! 2. One a la carte restaurants only opened at 10pm so if you wanted quick bite you had to go to town or pay a rather punchy €70 for the buffet or eat in the formal beach side restaurant

Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect, the resort was very well kept and big enough to have a walk. Private beach very good with enough beds and enough space between them. The 2 young staff members running the teenager club were amazing!

The bed was too short, 1.90 m. At the buffet dinner there was not a lot of choice of vegetables.

Fantastic location just an hours drive from Cagliari and a short 5 min drive from Villasimius. The best part is the beach - absolutely stunning with the clearest water I have ever seen. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms a very high standard and beautiful toiletries (including conditioner and body lotion) The swimming pool is large and the perfect temperature with super comfy sun loungers. (you can also head to the beach where there is a private sun lounger section for the hotel guests) Breakfast was plentiful - everything you could want including a fresh juice station and an egg station. Highlight were the staff - super friendly and incredibly helpful Taxi from hotel to the nearest town is 15Euros - just make sure you book restaurants in the town as they filled up fast!

Amazing Hotel! Modern, clean and spacious room. All staff are very helpful and really friendly and polite, always willing to help. Quality of food is very high, especially at the evening buffet dinner. Also plenty of evening entertainment e.g. live bands, DJs and shows. Hotel has a golf cart style transfer to the beach which takes only 2mins. Beautiful sandy beach and clear blue warm waters. Hotel has lots of beach beds for guests to use. Will definitely return again!

room small,a bit outdated,bathroom…can’t even stay straight on the toilet as you bang your head into the small shower cabin. bathroom made for kids? silicone around the shower doors mainly needs redone . at check I had few questions that were all answers like “yes,I am sure is possible..” then when you wanted it it wasn’t possible. went to the reception couple of times and when they do not know what to do or what to say they start speaking in Italian -vey rude. the manager also blame my card issuer (in Italian ,as I understand-unlucky for her) that on their machine showed 3% charge for …..something.

Hotel was very nice and clean!

The service wasn’t in line with a 5* hotel. At dinner, we only found out after we had eaten there was a section for fresh fish - it was hidden at the side and no one told us. Considering the excessive amount of staff the service was quite slow. There were times at lunch we would wait ages to get our bill and it wasn’t due to a shortage of staff.

Staff were very friendly and would always go the extra mile. The pool, restaurant and reception staff were always around for assistance if needed and nothing too much trouble. The beach was stunning and kept very clean.

There isn't much in the surrounding area although villasimius was worth a visit. Limited evening entertainment in the resort.

The pool area was spacious, and never too crowded, which made it very relaxing. The food was delicious, with great variety and fresh flavors. The staff were always friendly, and willing to help. Overall, a good experience!

For a five-star hotel, no iron was provided, which was disappointing. The shower was extremely tiny and uncomfortable.
