We had a family vacation in September. We really liked the hotel, it has a very large beautiful area, lots of greenery and different lounge areas, there is a swimming pool. We chose this hotel because it is a 5-7 minute walk to the sea, Simius beach is one of the best beaches and the hotel is price = quality. The room for 3 people was good, with a kitchen and everything you need, we really liked the balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and a table for lunch and relaxation. The hotel manager is a very nice woman, she told us about the vacation in Villasimius, where everything is located, where the transport is and where it is better to visit and book excursions. I recommend this hotel, we will definitely come there again! Villasimius is the best place in the south of Sardinia with many beautiful beaches! (Yana, Alex and Sofiia)

The room wasn't big but for the price it was a good deal and had everything you needed.

The hotel is in an excellent location - 10 minutes walk to Simius beach and the city center. Friendly staff - we were given the opportunity to choose a room and were given a beach umbrella for the duration of our stay. There is an excellent deep pool and green area. The room has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. There is a large balcony with a great view.

Old equipment in the bathroom. Not very comfortable mattresses in the bedroom. It is advisable to indicate the coordinates for the navigator (otherwise you will arrive at the back gate of the hotel). Parking with a high barrier at the entrance. There are many uncut palm trees on the territory.

I was really impressed! The swimming pool is amazing as well as the beautiful garden💜 The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always responding on any request. Also there was no problem with the late check in and check out, which I greatly appreciate. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The lokalisation is near to the amazing beaches, peace and quiet, a little further from the city, but still you can go there on foot (about 20 min to the city center), 10 min to the shop, 5 min to the beach.

We had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, and clean. The large terrace was nice. The location was peaceful, close to the beach, and it was also just a short walk to the town. The owner was very hospitable and helpful.

Great location, 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from restaurants/bars area. The flat was good size and the terrace was great. Had everything we needed for our stay. Great clean swimming pool. The hostess, Roberta, was lovely, very kind and helpfull.

excellent location for the beach. great swimming pool and good facilities such as table tennis and table football. seems to be a family business, so had a wonderful welcoming feel. they speak English, but it’s great place to practice your Italian, as most guests and tourists are Italian. This apartment was less expensive than others in the immediate area.

Very close to the beach. Pleasant staff. We were treated to soda water several times and gave free umbrellas for the beach. There is an excellent Italian restaurant next to the hotel. Internet only at reception

Location relatively close to the beach and also the centre of villasimius. The beds were comfy. There was a kitchen as well, which comes in handy. The stuff providing advice and support. We went in September so AC was not required
