The breakfast was a decent one. It was small, but expected in Italy, and everything was delicious. The pool is a decent pool with some gym equipment and a sizeable jacuzzi next to it. The restaurant and the kiosk next to it made it very easy for us to have lunch. The access to the beach and the beach itself were stunning. The place was impeccably clean and the views from the hotel were beautiful.

The bathroom needs a good refurbishment, especially the shower, which had a clogged drain and took some time to drain. The TV remote wasn't working well either, but it didn't bother me much as we weren't there to watch TV.

We had a lovely short stay at this hotel. Its location is great and it is just a short stroll from the beach, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Bruno at reception, who made check-in smooth and pleasant, such a genuinely kind and helpful person. Everything about our experience was nearly perfect.

The only small downside was the lack of umbrellas available for guests, which is a convenience many hotels typically provide. That said, it didn’t take away from an pleasant stay.

The property had a beautiful outdoor area, was close to beaches, included a beach club as part of the resort and had a pool and spa available for use when the lifeguard was present. All the staff were very friendly and accomodating where possible for food allergies. There was a very cute resident dog Chopper and the lifeguard Puma was great value, providing jokes and great hospitality when we were struggling to open the wine we bought.

It is about a 40 minute walk into the city centre and as we didn’t have a car, access to the rest of the island was a bit limited.

One cleaner was very rude. They clean the rooms every 3 days for free and she didn’t want to admit that she didn’t clean the room on the 3rd day. Quite annoying with a little baby. At the end another cleaner convinced her to do it. No service at the bar next to pool, you had to walk to a different bar which was further. 40 euro for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds on their beach.

The Portuguese guy (sorry didn't get your name) working on reception was an amazing host made us feel very welcome from the minute we walked through the door.. he is a great asset to your business! There's ample parking for your car. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away, they have sun beds to rent should you want. Room was comfy and clean with up-to-date Aircon it even had a little balcony bit to dry your beach stuff. Breakfast had a good selection of breakfast stuffs. The evening meals were basic BUT were very tasty presented well and a reasonable price there was a fresh fish counter you could pick your fish if you wanted.

If I'm being really picky it wasnt very quite in the room. I think we could hear a toilet cistern filling from a room next door in the night. But honestly it didn't bother us too much!

Rooms were a bit dark Could do with tea and coffee in the room Bar wasn’t open during May so had to go to the restaurant, but no big deal.

Very helpful and polite staff! We got all information we needed. The room was well equipped and the furnitures in traditional sardinian styles are good looking. The best part of the hotel is its proximity with Campulongu beach, which is nice and beautiful, and you will surely watch a romantic sunset there! The restaurant is tasty and prices are reasonable. Villasimu's shuttle buses stop next to the hotel, which is very convenient. You can go easily and quickly from the hotel to Villasimus and Capo Boi.

A pity that they did not provide savory breakfast (ham and cheese for instance), because all other breakfast items were very sweet. Also, you can hear some noise from other rooms/terrasse. And we found the beds a little bit too hard.

We had a warm welcome at the reception and the guy made a lot of suggestions where to go and what to do. The public areas are very nice with a bar and a swimming pool, some seating areas and a short walk to the beach. It was a little out of town, so you had to drive to the city for dinner. But we got a lot of recommendations and there a so many places to go.

As some reviews already mentioned, the rooms are a little old, the bathroom needs an update and the air conditioning in our room was in need of proper inside cleaning.

It was amazing stay in this hotel. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with modern furniture. The pool was amazing and jacuzzi was fantastic. Just 2 minutes to the beach with beautiful view. Love this hotel so much!
