Room was large with a nice view. Vomero is a great place to stay in Naples, you can get the metro from Vanvitelli or the funicular, both will get you into the center fast. Good restaurants are nearby and this area is a bit cleaner and less chaotic than the centre. Staff are very friendly as almost all Neapolitans seem to be. Breakfast is typical Italian hotel options, with pastries, meat and cheese available.

Only one minor thing to note: during daytime hours (before 7pm) you need 10 cents to use the elevator. Reception were kind enough to give us change, but on your way up you will want to be prepared or else you'll have to carry luggage up the stairs to the 7th floor.

First and most important thing of this BnB is the staff and the service. From the first minute that we made the reservation they were ready to assist us in everything we needed by sending us messages and the use of WhatsApp was also important. The property has an amazing location next to metro station but most importantly to the funicolare central which is the coolest way to reach the center. Last but most important is how clean this place is, we had daily housekeeping and everything was SUPER CLEAN. We think the housekeeper’s name was Christina and we would like to thank her so much for it. A small tip is to have some coins for the elevator as it needs some coins (0.10€ coin) in order to activate but this is not for the whole day and also the reception provided some just in case.

The breakfast is so basic, it is normal as this is not a hotel but again even the coffee needs a better care as we are in Italy and the espresso was worst than bad. The noise is also another problem, as the door of the suite is not fully closed and the noise from outside the room is annoying (we had the 7.3 room right next to the breakfast/reception area so maybe is was a bit worst than other rooms) furthermore there is noise coming from a device is the bathroom that collect water as we believe that woke us up at night if someone on the suite is the bathroom. Those are some issues to be pointed but the quality of the staff and the place are easily overcome every problem. If we visit Napoli again we will for sure stay at the same place and we will send all of our friends there too!

It would be easier if I tell you I liked everything from the people that welcome you, Peppe and Livia, to the owners, location, to the room at the 7th floor, far away from the city traffic noise, space, coziness, great breakfast, Let me tell you how I found them, to understand the title. The day before yesterday, the 21st was my last day of work in Naples, ready to do a little shopping for important items for Xmas eve, cassata etc, i find out I had lost, in the morning, my agenda that holds almost 12 months of working notes, but especially the recent notes from Naples a new area (it is actually a "going back to my roots, my birth home in 1955, origin of my working journey in 1984) , that I am covering since Dec 5th. After a frantic research in the hospital's rooms where I interviewed new doctors, with the security guards and nurses that understood the crisis, I had to decide to stay an extra night to go back to the last office that was closed for the night. I was walking in the cold evening looking for a place to stay very discouraged and worried, and I find the post for the 7t floor suites (7 is always been te family lucky #). I was lucky to find a room available, price very convenient and I went there. Getting close to the address in Vomero, very close to where my children and I were born, where my family house was, where I spent the first 8 years of my married life, I see a group of people, getting closer a tall pleasant guy (who I later found out was one of the 2 owners, asked me if I was looking for the bnb, and then he said "You are Mr Di Benedetto, right?" And the people around him (te other owner & the staff) were all smiling, while I was receiving the welcome text from Peppe.... It was the whole staff of the 7th floor all people from Vomero, ready to go out celebrate the xmas dinner, that decided to wait for me before going. It was such a warming welcome, that the dark, cold, struggling night, all of a sudden lit up.

Difficult to find something I didn't like, let me think.... 🥴 🤔 Maybe... The one thing that was missing, but easy to add.... The soluble coffee bags for the early bird, cranky old people that wake up at 6 and need to satisfy their addiction.... 🥴 🤔 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂

Rooms are not sound-proof: if your neighbor watches TV in the evening or turns on the news early in the morning, you will partake of hs/her interests. (There is no noise from the outside.) The lift had a couple of unpredictable hiccups. We had to climb up the stairs once (and descended twice) on foot: note that the apartment is on the seventh floor.

Livia was brilliant, made us feel very welcome from the start and was very friendly throughout! She really made our stay at 7th Floor. Good place to stay, feels quite homely with the layout and the rooms are a good size, clean and nicely decorated. Great location in a nice area with shops, restaurants etc right outside and a metro station very nearby. I really liked that we could communicate with the hotel through Whatsapp if needed. We would certainly stay again!

We completely loved staying here. We were on our honeymoon and we decided to do a cross country trip taking in all the sites. The building was easy to find and for us it was easy to get upstairs as we had 1 cabin bag and 2 back packs. Once in, the staff were super friendly and helped us to our room before heading out. The room was perfect. It was clean, tidy and ready for visitors. We had a cute little balcony for too. Breakfast was a continental Italian breakfast and it was scrumptious. This is ideal for solo travellers due to the many security doors to get in at night, during the day there isn't many locked doors however there is a conceirerge and a receptionist to get past. We felt safe and secure knowing that this is standard practice in order to stay here.

I had a great stay. 7th floor suite’s location is excellent with quick and easy access to the port (funicular and a short walk)where you can take the ferries to the islands, metro to museums and Quartieri Spagnoli via funicular. Vomero is a nice district on the hill with attractions and a panaromic view at San Martino. There’s a supermarket just downstairs and amazing gelato Mennella and specialised coffee bean toasters at Ventimetriquadri. Many restaurants and cafes around. Best of all , host Livia personally checked me in a absolutely professional manner and at the same time warm and friendly, simpatico! Communication was first class with WhatsApp and I could collect my Amazon deliveries. Might I add breakfast was superb and the bed and air con was comfortable.

It might be noisy with traffic sounds in the day if you open the door , I stayed at the superior room facing the sea and road. But with the door closed the sound proofing is great and air con sufficient. a totally immersive Naples experience. Not much sea can be seen due to buildings but you can see mountains and the spectacular Neapolitan sunset.

Location was great, close to Vanvitelli and funicolare stations so it was easy to reach the Historic Center. Close to pedestrian streets with lots of shops and restaurants. Bed was comfy.

There was a strong bad smell in the bathroom, but that dissipated after a few hours of running the ventilator. The AC had very little air flow and took hours to cool the room.

Excellent location, close to a subway station. Charming boutique hotel, very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast has mainly cakes and a tiny range of meats and cheeses. A bigger selection of meat and cheese, maybe some eggs would be better. In the room there was one single tea bag, for UK and Irish tourists more tea would be better. No herbal teas at breakfast.

The staff is wonderful! The location could not have been better in the wonderful Vomero area and near transit & excellent restaurants. Access to property was a breeze. Very pleased with our stay.

Mini - refrigerator was non functional which was an inconvenience but this would be relatively unimportant to most.
