The host Gian Luca was extremely helpful and nice. Gian gave all sort of suggestions and advices to ease our journey in Naples. The room is fully renovated with quality material. The area is close to everything you need and the metro is just around the corner. Overall it's very good value for money.

Not saying that I did not like, but bear in mind that the room is part of an residential apartment divided in 3 separated rooms, where some other guests may make some noise with the door by entering or leaving the common entrance hall. Basically the room is like a hotel room including a modern bathroom and a veranda overlooking a courtyard where you can have drinks , coffee and breakfast however there is no served breakfast or a common and comfortable area where you can chill out. I recommend to have breakfast instead in a cafe closeby with the typical italian atmosphere.

The location of this apartment is excellent. In a nice, safe district (Vomero), plenty of shops and restaurants, its really vibrant. Its close to the Metro too. The room was very nice, beautiful bathroom, air conditioning, TV, balcony, and plenty of refreshments left for us, like lemonade, cakes, coffee etc. Our host was so very helpful, offering travel advice before we arrived, meeting us and even messaged that evening and the next day to make sure all was ok and if we needed any help with anything. It was fabulous.

It's very hard to find something bad... If I have to choose, I'll speak about the mirror in the bathroom: , it is really cool, but it is quite opaque; in fact there is available a little mirror on a stand in order to made the girls makeup without busy the bathroom😅 Then I can say that there is the air conditioning only in the bedroom and not in the other room, but it was not so much an issue cause however the house was not warm (note: we spent a night during an hot summer) As well as I can say that, obviously, the sofa bed was not the most soft, as all the sofa bed. So in the end, if these are e wors "defects" , you could imagine that the piece was really nice.

the design of the flat is very unique, you can see that there were a lot of thought in the planning the design and in the small details, there's a huge tv screen with Netflix installed, the mattress is very comfortable and the grand piano in the living room is a great addition, the owner Gians is very welcoming and helps us with every question and need. the location is close to a wide Pedestrian street full with stores and bars and also close to the metro station

the Wi-Fi didn't worked well in all the rooms

Gians was very attentive, he looked after us very well and exceeded all of our requests. Lovley short tours and recommendations of his favourite places to eat. Without gians we may have missed our flight as he drove us to the airport when no taxis were available. The snacks provided were a nice touch. The location is great and it is easy to reach most of the city.

The location was great! Safe, friendly neighbourhood, close to the metro station. Very convenient. Gianni was a very nice host, interactive, and helpful with all our questions and concerns about staying in Napoli.

You can hear loud noises from the neighbours in the other rooms, especially at night. It was hard to sleep sometimes. Maybe bring some ear plugs with you.

We had a great, unforgettable experience at Gians B&B! The room was very clean, renovated, comfortable and in an excellent location. It was only 3 minutes walk from the metro station, and the neighborhood was really nice. I think the most important thing is having your host available for communication, and Gian exceeded our expectations! He is really kind, welcoming and willing to help!

The biggest pluses are the location, and the host. The location is great, lots of restaurants and stores around, very safe. Just 150 meters from the apartment is the subway, not much further Funicular. As for the host, on the other hand, he is an exceptionally nice and kind man. Very helpful, willing to share advice and arrange everything you need. It was the first time I was in an apartment where there was such a nice welcome. Definitelly will recommend this place.

Gianluca is a very good host, we spent just 1 night after a airline strike, but I hope to back again in the next future. He is very attentive and he is always there if you need help. They were plenty of eating and drink stuuf we found in the flat. The decoration is very original, and you may find a large piano in the bedroom: as musician I appreciate it very much!

We were at the place during very hot days, so the AC was okayish for the bedroom, but not enough to cool down also the other room where kids were sleeping on the couch.

The position couldn't be better: in the heart of Vomero with all comodities and very near to Vanvitelli metro station. Gianluca is really nice and available for whateaver we needed. Highly recommended. The plus is the flat on itself: very well decorated - you feel to be on an artist house. A great experience!
