The location was close to airport but in questionable location. Pino and Mario who are the managers were terrific BUT the night person was terrible, didn't understand English, when I asked him to open the gate for parking he just hung up the phone, very unfriendly- of it wasn't for the day managers the hotel would be a nightmare to stay at. Breakfast was a joke - only sweet things, I went across the street and baught things for Breakfast. So if you can don't pay for breakfast as you probably will not eat it, I saw another couple who did the same as us by buying stuff across the street

Rooms were large, old hotel but good condition- 2 managers were terrific

It's near to the airport (10 minutes drive) and had parking nearby. Access to city if required. The staff were super helpful and couldn't do more for us - information about eating place, parking place, how to get to the airport. Wow! Room very comfortable in an old style which suited us perfectly. Supermarket across the road very useful too. Room was very quiet (not overlooking the road which might be?)

Lack of restaurant nearby apart from a small takeawy pizza place (which actually was excellent).

There is no breakfast, but Giuseppe and the staff at the desk were amazing. They made coffee for us in the morning and we always had coffee and they were always helpful on any request we had I would say the facility was excellent, but the staff Giuseppe and others were just so helpful. It made our stay Like being with family.

Giuseppe and the others on the desk clerking went to the kitchen on any request we had and we actually brought some food in from outside and sat in the dining room to eat, but I would say if the kitchen was open that would’ve been helpful to have whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinnerI would say your staff or just absolutely so helpful for all that we did and recommendations on places to go and being accommodating at the highest level

Second time we ve stayed one night from the airport. Convenient ..15 to 20 mins away by taxi. Good choice for comfort ..Reasonable price. Breakfast still.sweet only..but a large array ! I introduced my own savouries bought down the.road from the supermercato. Zone not.good..sleazy , but hotel.a heritage style..surprising..anachronistic . Staff accommodating, friendly . Room furnishings , classic style which I enjoy. Quiet on courtyard

Very clean and tidy hotel. Good location, near to airport and bus stop is in front of hotel. All facilities are available in the bathroom. Very kind and polite staff. My flight was delayed about 2 hours I sent mail to hotel and get reassuring reply and arrived to hotel at 12:30 AM and checked in without issues. Thanks for night staff.

Breakfast was having different types of croissants and cakes . No cheese no bread, as a fruit only banana was available. No coffee and tea facility at room.

I stayed for just one night - arriving late and leaving quite early (and it was a Sunday night). The staff were brilliant - very welcoming (and forgiving of my atrocious Italian!). In the morning, I was too early for the breakfast, but while I waited for my taxi, the concierge made me a coffee and brought me (excellent) pastries.

The surrounding area isn't great for a solo traveller and there isn't much open - but then, it was a Sunday night. I wouldn't let this put me off staying here next time but would know to be prepared if I'm arriving late.

Guiseppe (I believe is the name of the hotel concierge/check in) was wonderful! Warm, friendly, extremely helpful. He even arranged for the complimentary breakfast room to be opened a half an hour earlier just for us so that we could eat before heading to the airport. So kind and considerate!! The hotel interior was very nice, clean. Our room was large and comfortable with plentiful amenities-a plush robe, slippers, personal hygiene items. Also very close to Naples airport for early flight

The initial impression from the outside was that the hotel was smaller than we had anticipated but once inside we were pleasantly surprised with the large and beautiful interior. We also were not too sure about the neighborhood, it appeared a little rough. But at the recommendation of Guiseppe we walked a few blocks to a delicious pizzeria and felt perfectly safe,.

The Hotel is in a charming building, the interior (including the rooms) could use some renovation though. It is not located in a particularly nice area of the city and is not very well connected to the city center, but it is very close to the airport, which is the reason why I choose it. Decent breakfast, even if they mainly serve fruits and sweets (which is quiet common in Italy). The staff was very kind.

Historic, original old style hotel - accommodating, attentive staff. On a main inroad to Napoli near airport, but quiet , if a rather uninteresting area , too far from the 'centro storico'. Pleasant , spacious room (superior category booked) . Would have stayed more than one night but without a car , too inconvenient on public transport and costly with taxi service. We would certainly stay again if arriving at Naples airport late afternoon onwards ! The Staff were pleasant, communicative and helpful both at the Reception and at Breakfast. OLD SCHOOL STYLE ...for a change ! BRAVI

The GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION not comfortable. We know Italy very well and are used to the city life .# Would not recommend more than one night to rest for the uninitiated to Naples. The BREAKFAST...generous in SWEET ARTICLES at the buffet However, NO PROTEIN ITEMS ..... a pity ! However, in keeping with ' Italian ' habits....... but not for many foreigners, like ourselves.....British/Australian.

Nice and comfortable hotel situated in a busy and typical city quarter. Tram to city center in front of the hotel. I stayed here beacuase of an early flight back home. 6 minute drive to the airport. Hotel has an inner patio for relaxation. The frontoffice employee (I think his name was Pino) was extremely nice and friendly. He arranged for me a dinner at a pizzeria(Lucci), 1 minute walk from hotel! Thank you again!!!
