I only stayed here for three nights, but I was very happy with everything in the room. The location was very close to a metro station - three stops from the centre. There was a local shop and the streets felt safe and friendly (as witnessed in the daytime, as late as 2200-0000 and as early as 0400-0500). The room is easy to access with the instructions given by the host. It was clean, well presented and had everything I needed. The host was great in terms of communication - very friendly and helpful! Despite me only staying three nights, there was always the option of the room to be cleaned and coffee, towels etc to be restocked /replaced. The balcony was nice to have on warm evenings and the neighbours in surrounding buildings gave a more natural, non-touristy feel to the stay (which I prefer to super touristy places).

The adjoining room can be quite noisy, as only separated by a locked door.

Comfortable beds, balcony and balthroom were good. It is possible to leave the bags until check-in, which helped a lot.

A bit far from the center, but metro station is nearby

Comfortable, clean, and affordable. Luca was very helpful and easy to communicate with for any questions/concerns. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers for a local cafe near by.

It was a little far away from most things but there is a metro near by that we were able to use.

Nice room,very convenient location close to the metro station.It was spacious and clean, rather new.The owners were nice young guys who helped us with arrangements of parking and taxi.One of the rooms was smaller with only a small window. It is preferable if the whole place is shared by a group of friends .

The sounds of the ventilator of the toilet of the next rooms were annoying and our room was not soundproof.

On the first morning few people were in the kitchen and we could hear them talking all the time, but that's it.

Good place, good value for money, does not on centre area but metro is near.parking is possible. All questions we ask always get answers from the staff and suggestions.

The staff was very friendly and everything was exceedingly clean. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the shared kitchen, which is perfect to prepare breakfast or a quick meal.

The rooms aren't exactly soundproof and we were unlucky enough to have a noisy neighbour.

Soave Rooms is located quite close to a Metro station. Clean and nice bathroom. Awesome host that helps you with whatever you need.

Neighbors can be a bit loud at times.
