Exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The room was spacious enough, as was the en suite shower. Claudio was the perfect host. Great communications before and during our stay. Helpful directions to the property and lots of recommendations and advice for where to go and where to eat. We were able to leave our luggage on our departure day and Claudio also arranged a taxi to the airport, checking that we had been collected as planned. Highly recommend a stay here if you just need a comfortable, clean room to sleep in within walking distance of the historical centre and Spanish quarter.

The room is clean and new, with a great bathroom and all you would expect from a nice modern place. The building is very beautiful and well situated. There is security at the building entrance so visitors feel extra safe. The owner was helpful and nice as well.

2 things. 1) we booked room with breakfast which we found out it meant that we can go to a coffee place close by and get a coffee and a snack. I think this should be part of the description as with this money surplus we could have been to a coffee place ourselves and probably eat better. 2) It wasn't clear from the description that we will have to pay for parking, and finding a place with free parking was our most important criterion for choosing our accommodation.. We paid 20€ for a night

Claudio’s apartment is at an extremely good location with wonderful authentic restaurants and many museums nearby, we practically managed to approach everything on foot. The room itself was neat and clean, we received cleaning service every day. The beds were comfortable and the AC was also life saving. :) We got a lot of help from Claudio regarding places to see and tips on getting around the city, and he also booked us a reliable taxi driver on the morning of our departure. We closed Naples in our hearts and are definitely planning to return. And when we do, we’ll choose this accommodation again. :)

The best thing is Claudio, the landlord. An intelligent person, kind and very efficient. He was waiting for us outside to welcome us upon arrival. Claudio helped us with everything- recommended shows, good and cheap restaurants, attractions in Naples and the surrounding area, with an explanation of how to get anywhere, He wrote us the details and instructions in the what's up in addition to his oral explanations. Claudio was attentive to all our needs. Everything we asked we got. When you are in a foreign, unfamiliar place, such help is essential. The room is simple, but very large, there is a double bed with chests of drawers next to the bed, and another single bed, a desk, a dining table. There is an open closet, but it is well divided with both shelves and hangers. The bathroom is very large. Provides shampoo, soaps, shower cap, slippers. Breakfast is served in the room. Every evening we wrote him on WhatsApp the time we wanted to eat. Breakfast includes hot croissants, jams, butter, honey, chocolate. Espresso or cappuccino (that's what we chose). We also received yogurt and a special bread at our request. In the minibar there was a large bottle of water at our disposal, a kettle, tea and sugar. Excellent location, in the old city, walking distance from the Archaeological Museum from Dante Square from Toledo Street. (in each of these places there is a metro station. Buses are right next to the apartment. Near the house there are many cheap shops, grocery stores, many pastry shops, an excellent and cheap restaurant. There is a feeling of security, a guard at the entrance to the buildings, metal doors, bars on the windows. There is an adjacent parking lot free for Claudio guests It became clear to me from other guests that the price we paid through Booking was much higher than what he charges. I recommend contacting him directly in order to book a room, and not through hotel websites because then you get a much cheaper price .

My room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable with a nice ensuite shower room. It was very secure in a gated complex. It was well located to reach museums, galleries etc in the historic centre of Naples. My host Claudio was very welcoming and accommodating. He very kindly brought me coffee in the mornings and even made me a couple of evening meals which were delicious. He provided lots of information re suggested itineraries. He was readily contactable, as was his daughter who was also very helpful. I was able to leave my case at the B&B after checking out and collect it later in the day as my flight was in the evening. Overall my stay was very comfortable and Claudio could not have been a better host.

I hadn't realised breakfast wasn't included. There was the option of paying extra and going to a nearby cafe. As I prefer to eat before going out I made my own breakfast and Claudio was happy to provide crockery and cutlery. Few restaurants in the immediate vicinity to get an evening meal.

First of all we were having problem in finding the property but Claudio(the owner) came to receive us and show us the building. Then he explained everything in detail. The service was phenomenal and everyday the room used to be cleaned and beds were made. We really have nothing to dislike about this place. We loved it.

Cozy and clean room with all the comforts. The breakfast was very good with different options and it was served in the room. The host was very helpful and gave us original suggestions to enjoy the city like a local. The location was great and close to metro line 1, National Archeological Museum and the oldtown. Very recommended!

It was very clean and comfortable with a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice fluffy towels in the bathroom. It had a homely feel with a comfortable bed. Claudio was a great host giving us recommendations for restaurants.

The property was fine it was the area that was not so good, Naples is very noisy and dirty, the amount of traffic and the way the locals drive made it difficult to relax.

Claudio is the best host. He waited for me at midnight to for the Check in. The room is exactly what i needed. 7 minutes from Metro and in a very safe area. Very clean, simple and nice. I will definitely visit again!

It was our first time in Napoli and we will come back for sure to visit the way it deserve. The accomodation is few minuts by feet from the city centre, the room was cozy and equipped with all comforts, breakfast is both with fresh and packed products and it is served in the room. The host was very kind and always available. Very suggested!
